Cool.
The worst thing I saw was a horse die on the race track.
That upset me.

We've lost some too. Any of them that you've been close to dieing is tough. It's especially tough when you were there for the birth and throughout their life and then were there when they passed knowing there was nothing you could do but be there with them. The only thing harder that I have gone through was being with my Dad when he passed. I was became the patriarch of the family and had to stay strong and stable for my Mom, my wife and my children.

I know.
It's like losing a member of the family.

That's what a good treehouse in the woods is good for just go in there once in a while have one hell of a cry. Crying is a release to hold to much inside does more physical and emotional damage then people know

Well! The horse that I said couldn’t make the 1 1/4Mile WON! He outrun Tiz the Law! The trainer of the horse American Pharoah was Authentic’s trainer! My grey horse didn’t even place! LOL!

Another good race!😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

Yeah, Baffert is an excellent trainer! But then so is Brown. I loved American Pharoah, and then Justify. I remember the race where Gun Runner was the recipient of a thrown shoe during the Whitney? The shoe came off the horse, flew up and hit Gun Runner on the rump and then tangled in his tail. Never saw that before-it was amazing. Loved Gun Runner, as well. I think that was 2017, and he went on to win the Breeders' Cup Classic.
This year "Thousand Words" stumbled just before getting to the gates,in the paddock, and fell-hitting his head on the way down. I cannot find what spooked him-weird when it happened. Baffert was Thousand Words' trainer as well. He had a pretty good shot at being in the money I think. Not to be.
