No. My eldest grand daughter use to call me Poppa Gringo when she was younger. Her dad usually referred to me as Gringo. That is how she derived her name for me. Hence, 'Old Gringo'.

I'm not sure you do. He, if I'm not mistaken, is an old trooper, and you know how they can 'talk'. Similar to a Swabbie aboard ship, or a Marine on deployment. They have a vocabulary all their own. :lol:
