The Articles of Impeachment was not qualified to be submitted. If I was McConnell, I should have returned it to Pelosi. They did not qualify as impeachable crimes. I think you are the dumbest person I've encountered today. The Healthcare system of Barack Obama was illegal. It went on illegal for 8 years. Those who did not join his ACA, were charged with premiums to help the cost, without approval and devoid of court legislation. Only Congress could raise revenue or legislate the sources of revenue. Even SC Roberts did not do it right. He renamed the premium to tax. It did not make a difference. It must be congress to legislate that. So, the ACA went for 8 years but illegal. Until the president removed the premium charges from those who did not want to join.
Now, revisions are being made and will improve further. Recently prescription drugs will be lowered to match the other countries prices. Barack and Bush did not do about this being taken advantage of other countries.
President Trump and the pharmaceutical CEO'S had a meeting last Friday Jul. 24th, 2020 to resolve that problem. More solutions are coming for improvement.
