I had enough tuna to stock a grocery store and flour, dishwashing soap, and other things.
You finally just use them.
I would rather enjoy someone else's cooking besides mine, but I've given out enough recipes to know I'm a pretty good cook.

I used to like to cook because we had a lot of people over.
Now cooking for myself or the bottomless pit coming over is just not fun.

I enjoy cooking....

My wife likes fancy dishes.. But I prefer plain food...

People appreciate food more when they prepare it themselves

I'm not into fancy food either.
I like comfort food.

A lot more, I'd say. You really don't realize how exposed you are to people and their germs until you have to wear gloves 24/7, masks, keep social distance, and disinfect the workplace and then some moron sneezes all over your counter.

We have no way of knowing. We can’t trust the numbers they give us because the media just isn’t trustworthy. How many misdiagnoses, bad tests, etc. These are numbers we don’t know. It was already here before the Chinese reported it.

No one is talking about those who live on the poverty line or below it. Its easy for those who live relatively comfortably to forget about them. The bills won’t stop. The need for supplies won’t stop. Stress makes one much more susceptible to getting sick.

In the long run more could end up dying than in the short term. But again, there is no way of knowing either way. Its all guesswork.

Rose42,

our bureaucrats love to flood our minds with eschatological statistics, how many infected, how many dead and the questions you rightly ask, they remain neglected. All we need to know "the worst is yet coming".

Next week, no less.
