I like what you said about empowerment. I was 4'11" and 102 lbs when I graduated from high school. All the other guys got good paying jobs in sawmills but no body would hire me for one of those good jobs. I joined the service and they fed me so well I doubled in size.. When I got out I got me one of those jobs. Later on I got to be a Union carpenter. I have never been out of work since.. When I became a contractor I put an ad in the paper "Hungry Carpenter needs work."--- Tell you what that newspaper ad was worth a fortune.. I have not advertised in 20 years now-- All my work comes from word of mouth. All I had to do was do what I said I was going to do.

Doin what you say you are going to do is very important to the people around you. I might add --Put the same effort into a job that pays $50 as the job that pays you $5000.
