Wanting to show people how much I care by making a penalty into a tax. I can see myself doing that, maybe.

Okay, maybe not.

Roberts and Kennedy are certain members.

Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Ginsburg are certain members.

Scalia, Thomas, and Alito were not the certain members, I was thinking of. As you can tell, I have uncertainties concerning Kennedy, and recently Roberts for allowing bifurcated reasoning to sway him. Mostly, because it is something I can see myself doing.

Try thinking about the Roberts' decision as I have ever since the Supreme Court declared Obamacare to be a Tax Law. They may not make the next decision about it before it goes into effect in 2014 but I think he blew the law out the window when he went along with the declaration of it being a tax law. One has to think about what the Constitution says about where tax laws must originate and where that one did, in fact, originate. I thought from the beginning that Roberts had taken advantage of the poor left leaners because of origination. I don't know why it took so long for some blog to come up with that.

Look at Article I, Section 7, Clause 1 is where you find that tax laws can only originate in the House of Representatives.

I can agree with your other groupings of Justices but don't think that Roberts is the same as Kennedy.

What would happen if we learned that Roberts outsmarted the four leaners on the court? I think he did but can't say anything till the Court gets a case concerning the fact that they have declared Obamacare to be a tax law. Maybe they should have counted all the new taxes in the law so people could see what is coming.

V***r f***d v. e******n f***d. V***r f***d makes it sound like it was v**ers committing fraud. E******n f***d makes it apparent that an official was involved.

By YOUR definition, we had BOTH in this last e******n, and if the t***h is ever known, we can say we had BOTH with almost every e******n held since 1940. Sometimes the fraud worked, sometimes it didn't. But I truly believe it has ALWAYS BEEN WITH US, AND IT IS almost exclusively owned by the political left.

This last e******n, we had people v****g numerous times, and we had the "responsible parties" within precincts also tinkering with the v**es. We had v**er intimidation. We had republicans chased out of v****g booths. No dog has a leg as crooked as the political left - at ALL LEVELS. Crime is not a crime if they aren't caught - that is how they see it. And when caught, they weasel out of trouble, probably because everyone knows those people don't have a clue about what is or is not a crime. You see one coming, grab a barf bag - you'll need it.

you are correct to a point, however it appears to me the v***r f***d has been the term used interchangeably. You are more precise to be sure.

If you have the prove and could prove it, how long before you join the other four? Besides I'm not too sure any of our corrupt courts would try the case anyway. Because you're not dead, you would not have standing. I'm not picking on you, just looking at it from a different perspective.

In simpler times when a BAD GUY presented themselves the people took care of business. In a time when more bad guys exist we may be forced into going back to this system.

Overwhelming evidence exists for FRAUD which c*******t controlled media simply refuse to report on.

The longer all this foolishness within the government continues, the more people will be drawn to vigilantism. ALL OF THE ANGST IN AMERICA IS CAUSED BY THE ELECTED "OFFICIALS" AND THEIR MEDIA SHEEP, AND COULD BE STOPPED ALMOST INSTANTLY - but they act as though they don't WANT it stopped, as though the tougher life is for the citizens, the more fun the politicians and press have. I can think of nothing more favorable to vigilantism than such an atmosphere. Bear in mind, however, that IF any of us take things into our own hands, WE WILL BE THE BAD GUYS, AND THE POLITICIANS AND MEDIA WILL WHINE AND TELL US HOW GREAT THEY ARE AND HOW DUMB WE ARE, AND THEY HAVE THE GUNS, AMMO, AND PRISONS - AND ALL OF OUR MONEY TO FORCE THINGS THEIR WAY. We will rot in prison while THEY will wine and dine on OUR money. They will have driven us to destroy ourselves - hey it's as good a way to control population growth as any.

Tasine, vigilantism is immoral. What distinguishes you from the politicians you revile?

Unlike these politicians and news media, I have not created, nor attempted to create havoc within the nation, indeed within the world. They deliberately produce, then hype, issues and problems for the American people in an effort to get us to beg and plead with them to go ahead and strip us of our liberties. They ENJOY seeing tragedies come our way so that they can use them for their political gain. That, sir, is beyond low and cowardly - THAT should be criminal. There is NO moral equivalence existing that you are implying and I am rejecting. Your stance seems to be that if I call them bad, criminal, then I can do nothing to stop them because that would make me like them, but they can continue unimpeded. THAT IS THE THINKING OF A LUNATIC. Fight them at the b****t box that is permanently and totally contaminated and worthless? LOL. Fight them in court? No can do - we citizens "have no standing". Fight them via the Congress? Woo! Hoo! LOL. You must be looney. The Dems say "jump", and the Reps shout, "how high?". We have no government representation in fact, the media thinks its job is to kow-tow to the progressives of the world, regardless what damage is done. The politicians are crooked and weak-minded at BEST, the courts are as worthless at teats on a boar hog. Write letters? Who reads them? Not some politician, I can tell you that.

What separates me from them? INTEGRITY and HONESTY are what separates me from them, sir, and ALWAYS WILL because THEY don't understand the meaning of the words.

You're right on the money though. One thing they forget a lot of senior citizens know they are in the twilight of their lives and that they have nothing to lose and as such, many are armed and dangerous to the system being forced upon us. This may turn out to be a grey revelution, what you think?

Vigilantism is seizing power not granted to you. It is as corrupt and immoral as anything those politicians do. As the root so the tree.

If morality is what our politicians lack, then it is with morality we must contend against them.

What do I think? I think you are dead right. We old timers KNOW what we've lost and KNOW the chances are slim we can reclaim our country from the enemies within. There are just too many zombies with no knowledge whatsoever between their ears. We old timers, I believe, will be more prone to fight than most of the younger people because we've already lost what was important to us, and have practically nothing left to lose. Who thinks we strive to live so that we can make good s***es?! What human in his right mind wants to be a s***e? Additionally, I believe most of us old-timers simply do not feel threatened by death any more. Know what? If I can approve sending 18 year old youngsters to face the foreign enemy, I'll be darned if I can't face the enemy within!

Listen. WE ARE DEFINITELY BEING SYSTEMATICALLY ATTACKED. NOBODY WANTS VIOLENCE, BUT IF IT COMES TO A CHOICE BETWEEN BEING MADE A S***E OR FIGHTING, I BELIEVE MOST RED-BLOODED AMERICANS WILL FIGHT, AND MOST OF US WILL DIE TRYING. SO BE IT.
