I don't like hearing the word t*********r or L**T. It sounds d********g. Much more so when these people want to t***sform themselves to become female when actually they are male. They could not have medical changes.
I think these men are obnoxious. All they have to do is think/believe that they are men. Not women. Or women not men. Know their physical body and accept how they are developed. Their mental set will change to normal behavior.
