Are you certain what you read was the actual report and not some media summary? I see no ten iten list. In Mueller's report volume II are a list of FOUR categories identified by Roman numerals I through IV. Each are subdivided by letters which also do not number ten. Under Roman numeral II (which is the one which covers evidence of motive to obstruct) are letters A through L.
>Letter A amounts to a timeline of events.
>Letter B is all about Trump's conduct regarding Flynn. Such things as Trump speaking of his admiration of Flynn. Trump's feelings and conduct can in no way obstruct the investigation.
>Letter C is Trump's reaction to the accusation he colluded with Russia. Mueller finds the fact that Trump denied the charges suspicious and considers it a motive to obstruct, but not actually obstruction. He lists Trump's anger over Sessions recusing himself as evidence Trump had motive to obstruct. His next motive he lists is Comey's confirmation that the Steele document exists. The next is Trump asking the intelligence community leaders to go public with the fact that they had nothing connecting him to Russian collusion. Again, this is not obstruction as he asked them to tell the t***h about what they knew. How could asking officials to publicly tell the t***h be collusion. And finally Meuller listed Trump's request of Comey to "lift the cloud" over the investigation. In other words be t***sparent. How is that obstruction?
>Letter D is about Comey's firing. Now even if Trump had no concrete reason to fire Comey (and in the report concrete reasons are listed), since Comey was not heading the investigation how couldfiring him obstruct the investigation.
>Letter E is about Trump's reaction to who was appointed special counsel. He lists Trump's claim that Mueller had a conflict of interest as evidence of a motive to obstruct. Of course the fact that Meuller DID have a conflict of interest is not included. Meuller also lists the press reporting there was an obstruction investigation. Now even if the fact this information was made public could obstruct the investigation, it was done by the press NOT by Trump! And while the list says Trump directed White House counsel to have Mueller removed, when you read the portion of the report under that heading you find that Trump did NOT order or direct Mueller be removed but rather ordered McGhan to inform Rosenstein that Mueller had a conflict of interest.
>Letter F is about Trump's responses to Session's recusal and his asking Sessions to go public with how unfairly Trump is being treated. So even if Sessions had made such a public announcement, it would not have impeded the investigation. Then Trump publicly criticized Sessions for abdicating his responsibility [Not only did Sessions recuse himself but he did nothing to see that the investigation would be carried out by acknowleged Trump h**ers.] The report goes on to Trump firing Sessions after it was revealed that during the campaign Sessions revealed campaign information to the Russian ambassador. So firing Sessions for cause is considered evidence of motive. And finally Mueller includes Trump questioning why Hillary isn't being investigated as well.
>Letter G regards Trump's reaction to disclosure of personal emails regarding the Trump Tower meeting for the purpose of opposition research. Which by the way never actually touched on opposition research but rather on Russian adoptions. Meuller implied Trump not wanting personal emails to be made public could be obstruction but the information on the meeting and what t***spired was already public so how could preventing personal emails obstruct the investigation?
>Letter H rehashes the recusal of Sessions and Trump's reaction.
>Letter I is about Trump's reaction to the media story which claimed Trump ordered McGhan to fire Mueller. His reaction was to ask McGhan to tell the t***h that he never gave him such an order. Earlier in the report this fact is confirmed that Trump asked McGhan to inform Rosenstein that Mueller had a conflict of interest, NOT that he ordered McGhan to fire Mueller (which McGhan didn't have the authority to do anyway!)

Can you supply the quote where Mueller said there were other crime he could not prove because Trump's people refused to testify?

As for the poor people you mentioned, since when has Hillary done anything, or even offered to do anything, to help poor w****s? As for Republicans not wanting Hillary to help minorities, again, what has Hillary ever done to help minorities? As a minority, I can say that the opportunity to get ahead by the availability of good paying jobs both does more and is also preferable than handouts to partially compensate for a stagnant jobs market. And there are far more Republicans who dip into their own pockets voluntarity to help those in need, or give a job to those down on their luck.

The evidence destroyed was evidence under subpeona by the FBI!!! The only way Republicans would see such evidence would be if it were leaked or if Hillary went to trial and it was included in the exhibits.

The reason why the others involved in the decision of the sale of uranium are not being focused on by we Constitutionalists is because it was the State Department who had the definitive decision. The State Department could override all others involved.

If you are receiving, or plan to receive Social Security or Medicare you are benefitting from a "socialist" government benefit. Trump is not saving America from anything. The laws we have are in fact "the will of the people" and if you are unhappy with them, you should work "legally" to change them. Supporting a totally inept, unqualified, treasonous, imbecile does not make him a 'good president' - and he will never be considered the "greatest of all time" by any standard. But, you are free to waste your time and energy as you see fit, just remember that I have the same option. What's good for the goose is often good for the gander.
