I will fight to prevent confiscation but, if it comes to that, I will give up my guns b/c I am law abiding. So will virtually everyone else, despite their bravado, just like in Australia and New Zealand. Those who refuse will be arrested. Those who resist arrest will be beaten into submission. Those who resist with arms will be k**led. I believe a few thousand will be k**led after which ALL guns will be banned including single shot .22s. Most likely swords and all kinds of knives will be banned. Take away - don't allow universal registration b/c without registration, confiscation can not occur.

Any law established to confiscate guns would, by default, be unconstitutional. Our Constitutional rights cannot be usurped by an illegal law.

Now, you tell me how a nationwide gun confiscation would proceed, how would it be implemented, who would enforce it, what resources would they use, where they would start.

Do that, and I'll show you how such a thing would be impossible.

I can’t imagine how many guns would be stockpiled and hidden from law enforcement. Virtually every gang member cannot own a gun legally. They all have one or access to one. So gun bans would only affect law abiding citizens. Perhaps the most dangerous idea since our founding if you believe in Liberty. .

There are approximately 800,000 local, county and state law enforcement officers in about 13,000 departments in the US.

80 million US citizens own approximately 300 million firearms.

I believe that Biden will get the nomination. The choice of VP running mate is the big question it has to be someone young and progressive My guess it will be one of the three of Beto, Harris and Joe Kennedy III
