To be honest, I did not like obama. Yet I did not pick him apart or get stuck on a misuse of a word. I did not like that he divided US citizens, yet I did not feel the need to call him names. I did not like the way he used my tax dollar, yet I did not have a need to condemn those who favored him. I could not listen to his nonscripted speeches, he stammered... the constantly repeating the "IIIIIIIII" just bugged me, but I did not make it a big deal. However, when he read his speeches, I watched him. The most cruel thing I ever said about him is that in my opinion, when historians look at his presidency..... he will be considered one of the worst presidents our nation has ever had. He will stand along side of Carter, Buchanan, and Filmore.
So, all in all.... I think that I use a single standard. First, does the president being considered have the best interest of all our citizens in mind.....second, do all US citizens benefit from spending our tax money..... third, how does that president treat or talk about our military. Pretty simple. Unlike many, I know that the President is not supernatural, not a god, or even better than everyone else..... they are just men who try to do what they think is right. Sometimes they make the right choice.... sometimes they fail......
To be honest, I did not like obama. Yet I did not... (
