I sincerely hope you backstop your dogs with some firepower.

I have a seizure disorder due to my military service. So I don't trust myself handling a firearm. Otherwise I would. But I do call CBP when I see anything suspicious, unless I am out in the open where cartel members might see me on a phone. The Naco station is only about 15 miles away. The border is 4.

To get to my current residence, they'd need to enter the marina, walk past a lot of boats, walk down the dock alongside the slip past a rowdy neighbor who is always aboard, come over the side and then defeat a very complicated security system.
Good luck to him. 😎
You figured out retirement?
What did you go for?
Hope it is working for you

Dear Brandon, Thank you for your column. I hope I can have a difference of opinion, because I have a difference of opinion.
I think the position of children at the border is complex and certainly an important concern. I don't think it's really a difference in morality, because I think that most people agree on helping children in a very difficult situation.
The first problem about this situation as I see it is in getting accurate information. Just as children can be use in drug smuggling, sex trafficking and a device for getting someone across the border, children can also be used to get v**es, or create a false appearance . For example, the "ripped away from parents" visual you are referring to is a problem for a couple of reasons: where was the picture taken and when was the picture or pictures taken? As it turns out, some of these photographs are from 2015 not 2018 or 2019. You see what I am saying? Based on the technology of such images, a politician can use words like "drinking from a toilet" or "ripped away" without anyone knowing what they are saying is true or not. Clearly, anyone in politics has other motives than being "fair" or "moral" (i.e., gaining power). As it turns out, interviews and investigations by pastors from areas near the border found these accusations to be false. We live in a very angry world. It's too easy for politicians to push the anger "pleasure button" to hijack approval and v**es. This is my concern. Thank you for letting me post.

Thanks for the link. As best I can tell only one Station in San Diego ran any of this. KUSI-51, an independent station not affiliated with any of the major networks. During their late afternoon news, they cut to Trump's speech and the aircraft flyovers. I don't know if any of the cable channels aired the speech since I don't subscribe to cable, twitter, facebook, and all the other f*****t organizations.

Which branch (not that it makes any difference)? I would trust you with a gun more than I would most politicians. You have had the training, and you know your limitations! It's the phone that sounds more dangerous in your area.
