Intent to manufacture narcotics, intent to distribute narcotics, intent to commit perjury----they haven't committed the crimes YET, but their actions show that at some point that they will. Read the report!!!
The report said categorically there was NO collusion. How do you obstruct the investigation of a non-crime, that the investigators KNEW was a non-crime, when the warrants for the investigation were obtained on perjured testimony?
