Who the hell is “my boy” the Mueller report exposes 11 instances of obstruction of justice. Plenty of obstruction and not a word in the report about collusion one way or the other and we still haven’t seen the important parts of the heavily redacted report.

IV.CONCLUSION
Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President' s conduct. Don't need a law degree to see the prevarication in this conclusion. That business about refusing to "make a traditional prosecutorial judgement" and "it also does not exonerate him" says it all.

Under DOJ regulations on Special Counsels, an SC can make only two determinations, either issue an indictment for prosecution in a court of law, or decline to do so.

At the conclusion of the Special Counsel’s work, he or she shall provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel.
