Apparently you are immune to explanations. When a state has large amounts of Federally owned and operated lands and businesses it supports them. Some states have very large numbers of elderly people who have paid into the system their whole lives and the Federal money going into those states is money owed, not money given. Same for states with large amounts of land, or lots of military or other government installations. MS and AL excepted. They have huge numbers of welfare recipients without Silicon Valley to offset them.

Perhaps it was yours, in that a state receiving more Federal money than it sends out is not always because the state is a net taker. Mississippi is a basket case, a state that should be blue because it has more traditional Democrat v**ers than Republican. The Democrats simply don't v**e.
