Thats great you try to be analytical. Its too easy to fall into self deception. There is one t***h though that will see us through anything - Christ.

Amen, and forgive me for leaving that vital point out.

Nothing to forgive. I know you know this.

Not everything inconvenient is a false f**g operation. The same people have assigned a false f**g to everything including Sandy Hook. You have first reports out, then distortions start coming into play. I personally did not want to see a video of dozens of people getting k**led.

False f**g or not the reality is dealing with a rising tide of white nationalism and hatred toward both Muslims and Jews, and that needs to be addressed, not hidden behind stories of false f**gs that deny the fact that the hatred is heading out of control.

I think that IF it was a false f**g, it accomplished its prime purpose of gun confiscation. If it wasn’t false, the confiscation of firearms from the populace is definitely overk**l. That is what the left wants here.

Banning assault rifles to a civilian population is over-k**l? It is not the confiscation of all firearms.

The name assault rifle is made up for leftwing purposes. If I attack someone with a butter knife, that is an assault weapon. The same thing with a single shot rifle. If I assault you with it, it is an assault rifle. Any automatic rifle is illegal in this country without special, very hard to get permits. Any othe rifle, be they semi automatic, bolt action, slide action, or lever action, are legal. They are all hunting rifles or used for self protection. Confiscation of these rifles, no matter what they look like, is completely unnecessary. They are no more assault rifles than any other. You really follow the libtards line, don’t you?

That is a thoroughly specious argument about a butter knife. Assault Rifle, defined: "a rapid-fire, magazine-fed automatic rifle designed for infantry use." How many Combat Units have a butter knife squad?

You can also ignore and rewrite any definition to fit your view.

Why should they be banned? I’ve seen a number of prople who could shoot 30 rounds loading 3 magazines faster than the majority can with one magazine.

So let's hope the ban stops amateurs. That many less students dead, possibly.

A ban would be a knee jerk reaction to an extreme rarity. It won’t stop amateurs. If someone has the intent to k**l they will do it

Where in this country are automatic rifles allowed without very specific permits?
They are considered machine guns and are outlawed. We don’t have misnamed assault rifles. Is that so hard for the liberal mind to understand?

It may help to curtail mass murder, and even stopping one of those, in my opinion, is worth it. Why have a freaking assault rifle? What are you hunting or need to k**l?

"If someone has the intent to k**l they will do it." So give them easy access to greater fire power by giving them a lawful means to accomplish their grim and murderous intent? That sounds reasonable and just?

The ability to make an automatic weapon out of an AR-15 is fairly easy for gun professionals. We are about to outlaw the the bump-stock, which allows even the amateur to t***sform his rifle into a k*****g machine. How can any sane person object to banning bump-stocks? How many have to die in great numbers in this country before the huge "Duh!" moment of such insanity seeks in? Pure madness!

Do you see how easy it is to fall for propaganda? No one who owns them calls them ‘assault rifles’. Continuing to do so is a calculated and deliberate tactic.

How much do you know about violent encounters? Ever been touched by one? Most attacks involve more than one attacker. Why deny someone a good tool to defend themselves? Is their life worth less than someone else’s?

That’s what the gun grabbers do. They don’t care about denying someone’s right to defend themselves while they claim its about saving lives. They speak with forked tongues. Its always been about control not saving lives.

You still refuse to see that no one gets an automatic rifle. How dense do you have to be to see the difference between a hunting rifle, which are perfectly legal, to a machine gun, which is a military assault rifle?
