Do you want centrists? Do you want judges that have a long history of rulings and decisions that follow a well centered adherence to the law?

I'd be happy with a bench made up of 100% republicans as long as they have a long history of sticking to adhering to the law and precedence in terms of sentencing and decisions. We don't need judges that lean hard to either the left or the right.

Whoever said Centrist judges adhere to the wall better than any of the other judges or completely fooling themselves to me Centrist so no more than rinos in both parties I want someone who actually stands for something to make a ruling that someone who sits on the fence that's what centrists do they just sit on the sidelines they don't pick a side one way or the other

Because they oppose Trump? A lot of people see 9th court challenges in cases that go before it as cases where Trump is correct to be challenged because he obviously is not adhering to the constitution. The right seems to think that if Trump does something it must be constitutional because the president can do wh**ever he wants.

This president has an ugly record in terms of refusing to listen to white house attorneys when they tell him he can't or shouldn't do something for reasons. So what is the result supposed to be when Trump defies white house counsel and is challenged by those who's job is actually to challenge executive oversight. He should be challenged and the courts should overrule his violations.

The EPA is doing things in a way that is ridiculous in terms of not doing things correctly, they should be opposed and courts should uphold these challenges.

Have you seen any single case where there are obviously violations or do you think this president should be able to do things regardless of legality?

More than 80% of the Ninth Circuit cases the SCOTUS has reviewed have either been reversed. It is the second most reversed Circuit of the 12 Circuits. (Thirteen if you count the Federal Judicial Circuit.) It is not the quantity but the quality of the reversals. The Ninth is notorious for their blatant disregard of clear intent of laws, and their activism; attempting to legislate from the bench.
