The next big Democratic Idea: Expanding Supreme Court...
What's not said, and the right will never believe it, the idea is to get some centrist judges on the panel, not to put hard left liberal judges.
This current court has five hard right conservatives, and Kavanaugh is considered harder right than Scalia was if that's possible.
You can't have a conversation about what centrist is or the necessity of centrist judges versus those with hard right or left views that they bring to the bench. What we need is legislation about defining the suitability for high court judges based on a window of centrism.

You guys dont want centrists,you want far left judges that will uphold your far,far left decisions...Anyways i dont think that this will ever happen...At least not in the next decade or so...

I caught this, and thought what an effing i***t... allow me to explain why.
Dems idea is to expand the court out to negate the four seats that are hard right and the wild card fifth, four centrist judges that could be counted on to adhere to the constitution being far preferable. I cringed, because why tip that game plan off before dems have the necessary control. So The Donald, if he had a brain in his head should have said, hey that's a great idea, I think I'll do that. He has 25 nutjob choices from the right wing evangelicals to choose from.
But i do think there should be Supreme Court Judicial term limits....That means Notorious RBG should be out sooner then later!!!!

Democrats claim they want centrist on the court, but if they get to expand the SCOTUS they will load it with Ginsberg's.

How can you say that knowing that Obama did not nominate a far left judge? Dems are going to play it as close to the center as possible, you watch, and the GOP will fight even centrist judges just to oppose.
When was the last time a republican president ever came close to nominating a centrist judge?

I cant believe i'm saying this...But today's Democratic Party is not Obama's party anymore...Its far,far left ,pro c*******t,socialist party now....I think if Obama was running today,not even he would be ok with today;s Rats...Saaad!!!
