Did it occur to you that perhaps when it was done in Ohio that it was done solely to purge the v**er rolls legitimately and not done as a way to discriminate? If one wishes to purge v**er rolls, they shouldn't be doing it around an e******n. V**er caging is done shortly before an e******n the mailings are sent out, any that are returned as undeliverable are then challenged if/when they do v**e. If a v**er has just recently moved, the mailing can NOT be forwarded so if they moved and put in a change of address, it can't be forwarded to the new address, even if only next door, it is returned as undeliverable.
When done properly and not just to target v**ers likely to v**e for an opponent, then it is legitimate, the Republican party tends to only target v**ers likely to v**e Democratic, that is v**er suppression. Why do you think they only target likely Democratic v**ers?

If a v**er does as required the use would be moot as it is their responsibility to file a change of address to begin with, problem solved and if worried about a timing issue they can go to an e******n office and make the change right there so they can v**e ....
It isn’t the responsibility of anyone but the v**er to follow through when they have left an area or not v**ed in years..
