The Bible is under attack by Atheists trying to remove it from this one important place

Atheists have been waging a war on the Bible, making bogus “separation of church and state” claims.

But this time they’ve crossed the line.

Because they just demanded the Bible be removed from the one place it belongs.

Last year, the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Manchester, N.H. put up a display to honor American POWs and veterans that are missing in action from World War II.

The display showed a Bible on a table with dinner utensils, but an empty chair where the POW or MIA veteran would be.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation, an atheist group, complained about the Bible in the display.

The atheist group then pressured the hospital to remove the Bible from the display, and the hospital caved and moved the Bible to a glass display elsewhere in the hospital.

But now the Military Religious Freedom Foundation is saying that is still not enough and that the Bible needs to be removed completely.

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Manchester, N.H., last year allowed a museum-like “Missing Man Display” to be assembled to honor the nation’s POWs and missing veterans.

The display involved an empty chair at a kitchen table, with a plate, drinking glass, candle, flower, American f**g and salt shaker sitting atop a table cloth, WMUR reported. A Bible that was carried by a POW in World War II also was part of the display, but it was removed after a complaint from the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

Veteran Paul Martin and his Northeast POW-MIA Network were in charge of the display.

“That Bible is not just a religious artifact — that some people would say they’re stuffing religion down my throat,” Martin told WMUR. “What it means is this guy held on to a lot of faith and hope, family and trust in this nation that they would do everything they possibly could to bring him home.”

The hospital t***sferred the Bible from the Missing Man Display, which is behind ropes out in the open, to a protected case behind glass. That is just as problematic to the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, which says 14 veterans have complained.

“That is still a Christian Bible,” Mikey Weinstein, president of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, told WMUR. “It is still promoting — particularly in the surrounding aspect of the POW-MIA remembrance, one of the most sacred things you could do in the military — one faith over another faith.”

This shows the real issue with atheist organizations like the MRFF.

As soon as they get their way, their list of demands grow longer.

In this case, it wasn’t enough that the Bible was removed from the display honoring POWs and veterans that are MIA. They didn’t want the Bible to be seen at all.

Atheists don’t merely want to make Christianity a footnote of history, they want to blot it out entirely.

And to do that they are trying to write a false version of American history that doesn’t include the Bible being a critical part of the fabric of our society.

But as much as these radical atheists don’t want to admit it, the Bible was a part of standard carry for World War II soldiers.

Many of them carried steel-covered Bibles in their left chest pockets to protect their hearts – literally and figuratively.

So the best way the display could honor POWs and MIA veterans would be to give homage to the book that brought solace to countless soldiers through the darkest time in human history.

Despite man's repeated failed attempts to "play God" you still have to wonder "where did that first atom come from" and "why, even after thousands of years is there no current proof that man evolved from apes?" If that had any t***h in it, then there should be some "half ape-man" out there going through the change. I guess that's why the myth of "Bigfoot" continues to linger.

For example, some people continue to argue that evolution isn't a valid scientific theory because it can't be tested. This, of course, isn't true. Scientists have successfully run numerous laboratory tests that support the major tenets of evolution. And field scientists have been able to use the fossil record to answer important questions about natural se******n and how organisms change over time.

Still, the evolution-is-not-falsifiable myth remains popular. So does this one: The second law of thermodynamics, which says an orderly system will always become disorderly, makes evolution impossible. This myth reflects a general misunderstanding of entropy, the term used by physicists to describe randomness or disorder. The second law does state that the total entropy of a closed system can't decrease, but it does allow parts of a system to become more orderly as long as other parts becomes less so. In other words, evolution and the second law of thermodynamics can live together in harmony.

One of the most persistent myths, however, concerns the relationship of humans to great apes, humans didn't descend from apes. That's not to say humans and apes aren't related, but the relationship can't be traced backward along a direct line of descent, one form morphing into another. It must be traced along two independent lines, far back into time until the two lines merge.The intersection of the two lines represents something special, what biologists refer to as a common ancestor. This apelike ancestor, which probably lived 5 to 11 million years ago in Africa, gave rise to two distinct lineages, one resulting in hominids -- humanlike species -- and the other resulting in the great ape species living today

It is not about being Conservative, Jedi, Both sides get used by the PTB behind the scenes.

Even if scientists were capable of tracing the lineage of man back 5, 11, or 50 million years, and that "apelike ancestor" theory were true -the question remains -"where did that apelike creature come from?" And, "where does the knowledge and intelligence of the very scientists who deny God with these "theories" come from?// Bottom line is: the t***h of the one, living God is the only explanation that fully explains the creation and existence of the universe, mankind, and all that is. You may choose not to believe in God, you may decide to 'run' from God, but the t***h is - you cannot hide from Him. But here's the Good News: even if you deny Him or try to dispel Him -He still wants you to be saved and know the joy found only in His son Jesus Christ.
