So if you want to have a constitutional government, when does the GOP start respecting the constitution and stop undermining and gutting democracy?
Undermining and gutting democracy, IS respecting and protecting our constitutional republic.
Quote:
Merrick Garland comes to mind, there is no argument that there was anything wrong with him, just that McConnell said he would deny any Obama nomination. Definitely not constitutional.
Absolutely constitutional.
This part is textually not exactly true...
Good topic you started here though.

It is very basic: Yes Constitutional Republic form of Government for The United States of America
OR
No, I prefer some other form of Government.
What we currently have is color of law corporate governance acting like a Constitutional Republic. That is why we get so many strange happenings.
So if you looked at this please leave your YES or NO
YES!!!
Unequivocally, unreservedly, non-partisanly, emphatically YES!!!
And anyone disagreeing with a “no” should be asked to leave this country, or surrender their v****g rights.
If our politicians are required to swear an oath to uphold the constitution, then so should every v****g American! Any politician who attempts to use their office to change or dilute our constitutionally protected rights should be charged with treason.
That is what’s wrong- people don’t generally understand and/or appreciate just how great our constitution and bill of rights are!
Anyone who says our Constitution needs to be fundamentally changed has confessed to being an enemy of the USA, plain and simple! What needs to happen is we need to reverse all laws and regulations that are not in line with the constitution and bill of rights.
Yes!
How is the Common Law law school coming along?
Thank you.
I'm learning a lot. I'm dealing with the judiciary now. They do statutory law. I must get to Article III court then Amendment 11. then ex parte Young, then ex parte Milligan, then Amendment VII. Before I get to common law.
I'm working on it daily. Most all day most everyday.

The MAIN reason I v**ed for President Trump was his promise to return the Supreme Court to interpreting the Constitution of the united States of America. Second was his promise to finally stop the invasion from the south. Ten percent of out population being illegal is more than enough. He's trying, the C****es are resisting.

Trump had me at "birther" when he alone forced Obama to produce a phony birth certificate.
America noticed, and v**ed Trump in.
