You are twisting history again Rose. In 42 AD St. Peter went to Rome to carry on the teachings of Christ thru the Catholic Church. At that time, Rome was the rule of Pagan Nero. The Catholic Church teachings was carried on but hidden from Nero. They were not able to assemble in the open. But they kept in their homes. The teachings were spread via different outlets. Saint Peter was crucified upside down by Nero on 67:AD. He was in Rome for 25 years spreading the Gospel of Christ.

When Constantine became the ruler of Rome, in 313 AD to 332 AD, he built the First St Peters Basilica. Christianity was made as the official religion.
While digging the construction for the Basilica, they dug St Peter's bones, along with other Bishops. Scientist had proven the bones of St. Peter was underneath the Basilica.

The Catholic Church is the Church created by Christ, thru Saint Peter. And you Protestants wants to take that away, changing history, the meaning of each words, including destroying Saint Peter, and lying about him.
Here is the truth. Matthew 16:18-19.

You are changing history, you think God will allow you to take over His Will for left to Saint Peter to carry on His Church and continue to teach the Scriptures through this Church.

You are destroying the Catholic Church, as well as Saint Peter. Fact is you will find at Google so many Protestants are lined up destroying the Catholic Church. You now have 47,000 worldwide pastors and denominations with 47,000 interpretations of their own claiming that they are the children of God.
