It makes plenty of sense. I pay road, and bridge taxes, school taxes, taxes on the electricity I use, etc.
Many don't pay those taxes due to the government payouts they recieve.

In other words, I pay for the roads I drive on, and everything that goes with them.

I own my property as long as I pay taxes to fund schools, roads, courts, cops, firefighters, and multiple other things. I actually rent what I bought, and paid for from the county, because if I don't pay the taxes, they'll take it. I pay school taxes when I haven't had a kid in school in 15 years. I pay taxes for the privilege of driving vehicles that I bought, and paid for through honest work.
Yeah, I built that.
Is that more clear?

You did not build that alone.

Can you prove that what I said was wrong? Or, are you the stupid one?

Are you not free to speak as you please ?

If you have allowed your faith to be torn down, don't use Trump as an excuse for not building it right back up.

I never let Obammy tear down my faith.

And remember he was the one who said, " you didn't build that ".

Five generations of my family put in the work and sweat and resources to build our businesses.

So Obammy's flippant remark did nothing but strengthen my faith.

I have faith that you will remain vigil and not allow your faith to be copromised by anyone.

You misunderstand, when I referred to "our people" it was in reference to the people who work at protecting our country, it is the FBI, the CIA, Homeland Security. He Than lies and accuses others of lying and being liars. He behaves just like a dictator, anyone who challenges him with a difference of opinion, or speaks out against him, he gets rid of them. We have trust in the people who we trusted when the worked for us, it is strategically and respectfully wise to seek second opinions or advice from retirees who've had many years of experience. especially when you're completely ignorant and inexperienced of the inner workings of what really goes on. It's a lot different than hosting a game show, or a board meeting you control.

Obama's remark wasn't flippant, the right was so defensive that they didn't comprehend the true meaning of the remark. I will explain...it was meant that all of us do nothing completely alone, we depend on others for it to go from beginning to end, from the paved roads we build, cargo boats, to truckers shipping merchandise, to the people who make the product, to electricity and machinery at the plants, to finally the consumer who buys it. His message that passed by you was that we need each other to be successful. He wasn't taking anything away from anyone.

You also misunderstand that I was not referring to our spiritual faith, but faith in our country's ability to govern. He is creating distrust, distrust in the news, distrust in our representatives, distrust in government organizations and programs and finally distrusting other Americans. This is a malicious strategy that clearly has an agenda of destruction of our democratic republic, you just don't want to see it.

Trump wrote this up weeks ago. He needed a distraction from Omarosa, so this works for the media until he pulls something else. He is only hurting the country with this stunt.

He served with honor - that is not being questioned and we thank him for his service. But now that he's retired, he's just stating his own beliefs. His last promotion to Commander of USJSOC was in 2011 under President Obama, who put "his kind of commanders" in place throughout the military. All I have to say to the Admiral is "no problem, Sir. Your clearance is hereby revoked. And if any of your buddies feels the same way, we'll be happy to oblige them".

That's the problem with many Americans, they discard seniors, rather than appreciating and valuing their knowledge from a lifetime of experiences, unlike other nations that hold elders in high esteem for that very reason.

I'll bet his family paid the taxes that built that infrastructure while many, many who never paid taxes use it too.
Lousy argument.

If you want to look at not paying taxes, stop looking at the poor guy living in a shack but rather corporations General Electric who makes millions an pays none, or white collar welfare, and millions in subsidies.

Morgan. He's not being discarded. He's taking a stand which he has every right to do. But he didn't convince us that he's right. After his security clearance is revoked he has all his rights and he can say how principled he is since he made that stance. He's a more powerful voice for his side now.

Good point, and well taken. I'm the guy in the shack paying people to lean on shovels. I can make them stand up on their own for real cheap, and we can all save money.
Also, I despise subsidizing corporations. GE being one of the worst. My son has become somewhat of a specialist on their wind turbines, and in salaries, parts, crane rentals, etc. there is no way they pay for themselves. He works at least 80 hours a week just trying to keep the damn things spinning, and can't keep up.

And another thing. Jeff Immelt, CEO of GE during a time when they turned 14 billion in profit, and paid not a dime in taxes was one of Obama's top economic advisors. Rode to China in Air Force One with the Kenyan fraud, he did.

Stop blaming one side. It's both.

Those are all great places to look.

But while looking, remember that corporate taxes are ultimately paid by the same people that pay for tariffs. The consumer, that are mostly poor-middle class.

The subsidies and white collar welfare are much better examples, and need to be whittled down to the nub. Obamacare's kickback to Big-Pharm and AARP are recent examples, but there are as many on the GOP side as the Democrat side.

Oh I agree, my point exactly but I had to counterbalance from constantly hearing about the freeloading poor, which is mostly BS, lets see where the huge hole really is. Who has 85% of the wealth, there's the answer. That is one slow trickle.
