Okay Obama attacks Conservative groups using corruption and selective enforcement of the law, and the liberals do not expect the Conservatives to fight back?

In my earliest memory Conservatives were way too conservative. I get that. Then as time went on they let up a bit. When they did the liberals took over but instead of sticking to their principle. They railroaded the principle and went to the extreme. Then they punished the Conservatives. Now power has shifted back to the Conservative court.

I see two possible solutions:

1.) Conservatives go agressive against the liberals and keep the violence going. We conservatives just wait for a liberal president and we treat that president the same way the liberals are treating Trump. Bring up all kinds of false narratives and call them true. Then start needless lawsuits against said president. Make claims against said president from everything from infidelity, to treason. Threaten to impeach said president. Block said president in anything he does. Take over the Media and expose said president for anything he does. Treat said president's jokes as serious issues and simply do the same thing the Democrats are doing to Trump. Set said President up for failure. Smear said president in the press as ignorant and stupid. It doesn't matter if it is true or false, just make the accusation.

2.) Work with the liberals. Find out the t***h about all issues and look for a positive solution for these problems. Destroy the gossip columns with facts and figures. Agree or disagree with a civil tone seeking a solution and not the obligation of the opposition. Without opposition a true solution could never be found. End the cycle of "wait for power. Once we have power, then use that power to destroy the opposition" ideology. Come to conclusions, and agreements, that do not compromise the values of either Conservatives or Liberals. This will bring our country intimately closer, and this closeness will destroy the vicious divide we have right now. If Trump is guilty, hang him. If he is innocent work with him. It's that simple.

I v**e for option 2. Because option one will keep the cycle going and the divide will deepen. Option 3, may seem like a compromise between option 1 and 2, but it will make the divide deepen, but it will happen slower. We, the people of the United States, need solutions not the pacification of politicians. A******n, Gay rights, and various other rather liberal issues could be solved by working together as one nation. We must not compromise our principles, yet we must find common ground. We can, and we have done it before. No president including Andrew Jackson, was more h**ed by the opposition, than one Donald Trump. And when we sift through the hatred which is a disease, a lot of us conservatives cannot find a true fact or reason for the hatred except that Trump defeated Hillary.

T***h of the matter is this, during the e******n, many speculated that Hillary will beat Trump. Some of us however, knew that if Trump became the Republican nominee, by his nature he would chew up and spit out Hillary for lunch. Now he's got indigestion but who's observing that. He became the nominee and well he did just that.

PeterS has complained about the complaints against Obama. And now that the shoe's on the other foot, he claims the Democrats and Liberals are doing what we did. Well, sorry to break it to you Pete, Obama's life was never threatened. Trump and Trump supporter's lives were threatened. How do you explain that?

However, even if Obama's life was threatened, do you want the cycle to continue? We must break this vicious cycle!

If you teach your kids not to throw tantrums if you don't get your way, then why do you throw a tantrum when you don't get your way?

I disagreed and wrote many things against Obama, I accused him for treason with a ton more evidence then Mueller has on Trump. I was never heard.
However, because my liberal counterparts figure that this businessman from New York is unfit, they have yet to answer the simple question of evidence. For two years these people wittingly or unwittingly have contributed to the division. Breaking their own principles, even the one they claimed, "Peaceful t******r of p***r". During the e******n. I remember John McCain scolding Trump using "America has a long tradition of peaceful t***sition of power", yet the Democrats prove there is no peaceful t******r of p***r, playing into the division.

Trump is held to high standard of morality, when Clinton is not. I don't understand.
It is this double standard that must stop. So, Trump committed infidelity, that was before he was president. Yet, John F. Kennedy, and Bill Clinton committed infidelity in the White House. What a double standard. Clinton even admitted to it. Which makes it that much more worse. But Trump is being punished? Did I miss something?

Obama traded a terrorist for an American deserter, yet Trump is the T*****r? What kind of logic is that? Obama even aided and abetted the enemy. A direct definition of treason according to the Constitution where treason is defined. Yet Trump is guilty? The people of the Trump Campaign are pleading guilty for crimes unrelated to the subject of collusion. Matter of fact, Trump's client/attorney privilege has been c*********d. Yet the fruits of that poisonous tree are more important? Really?

When the e******n results are in, the campaign is over. Whosoever wins, wins. However, Trump wins, and doubt is casted all over the place. What the hell? That's unprecedented. And they blame Trump for division, when this investigation is causing division. First of all, Trump is no king, he is what he is. What is he? A New York business man, that appears to have brought optimism back to the workforce and economy.

Hope is being restored where there was no hope. That means the country is moving and it's on an upward trend. Strong leadership in conservative values do this. Liberal thinking is to expand and spend money. Conservative thinking is to hold back, and save money. A combination of both, is what we all are. We are all liberal, and we are all conservative. So the divide is stupid and reckless.

Whosoever thinks Trump is a king, is lying to themselves. He is not, for if he was, he would have put to death, Hillary and Bill Clinton and anyone who supported them. He did not do that. Even after the e******n, Trump congratulates Hillary on a tough race for president. That right there speaks volumes. Trump knows what the American people want, those of us who are in the middle. We v**ed and we won. However the ruthless, relentless complaints with no foundation in fact are frankly becoming really annoying. There was no character assassination threatening Obama with physical harm when his birth certificate was in question.

Yes it is true we Conservatives did protest Obama. When Jan Brewer, governor of Arizona, signed into law SB1070 on immigration, Obama fought against a whole state. The battle of this law, which mirrors almost word for word federal i*********n l*w, caused the State of California to call for the boycott of Arizona. Gabrielle Giffords, was the only Democrat to stand up for Arizona, which provides power to southern California. When a state legislator laughed off the California boycott and said publicly, we would just shut off their power. California was ready to sue Arizona. Giffords stepped in and helped stop the ignorance. I a Republican, a conservative, loved my democrat representative, and still do. However she was almost k**led by a madman. What did Obama do? Practically nothing.

In fact in those days it seemed that Obama was constantly giving condolences to many Americans. I was sick to hear those words. My condolences go out to the victims of the families affected by this tragedy. In those days, I asked why did he not do anything to prevent these tragedies. Then I would watch him be on the wrong side of many issues, until Ambassador Stevens was k**led in B******i. Stories of Fast and Furious and beheadings and crucifixions overseas began pouring in. Even Mitt Romney put Obama on the spot, and he accepted Responsibility but was never held accountable. So his administration trucked on. Never once did the conservatives threaten bodily harm against the President.

We need to hold those responsible for crimes against the United States, accountable and they should be punished accordingly. We must not let gossip rule. If Trump is guilty hang him. If he is innocent work with him. We need to charge all candidates with the corruption of the e******n. Not just the winner, but all of the losers too. And weed out the guilty, punish them, and let the innocent go. I don't care if you are liberal or conservative, why don't you work for justice and put an end to rumor and gossip? Stand against the injustice. Charge Berry Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Mitt Romney, etc. with the same crime as Trump is being charged with. Investigate the whole story. Because right now, we are only hearing one part of a greater story. That is injustice and not justice. We heard from the DNC, we heard from Trump. But was it only Trump and Clinton running for president? If so why were there five names on the b****t?

I am speaking for America! We need Justice! The whole government which has a reputation of failing to protect the people must be investigated. The DNC, the Republicans, the independents, everyone. You want justice, this is the way to get justice. Anything less is injustice. The proof is in the pudding. For two years the investigation was on Trump as if no one else participated. I smell a rat, and this is the only way to expose the rat. If the rat runs into a wall, take down the wall. If he runs under the floorboards take up the floor. If he runs in the rafters take apart the ceiling. Expose the whole thing. Then punish the ones who should be punished. Set free those who are innocent. Anything less is simply discrimination, propaganda, gossip, and rumor. Round up all the conspirators and charge them all. Let the courts decide. We, the American public have a right to know the full story, not just one side of a complex story.

Come on guys let's be fair.

Obama was found to have spoken 18 lies during his ENTIRE presidency!). Or his record of infidelities with various wives. Or, his record of failed business dealings. Or, his record of r****m, misogyny and nationalism. However, I’m sure many of you will simply poo-poo my comments or attack me and insult me, personally, for my views. Many of you have done so in the past and, I have no doubt, will continue to do so in the future.

That so many of you chose allegiance to a man over allegiance to your country, I find disturbing. That you would chose to believe a man whose been proven, time and again, to intentionally lie to us and will praise leaders of totalitarian governments that only want our destruction is baffling. That you will defend someone who openly attacks our free press and who openly attacks individual citizens who criticize him, who aids Chinese businesses that have been shown to steal corporate and government secrets via their electronic components, a man who claims a victory where only defeat is seen by everyone else, that you would defend a man who stated, as one of his goals as President, was to make money for himself and his companies, is beyond me. To me, that makes you all complicit, in varying degrees, in his dedication to end our country and our government as we know it.

We fought an 8-year long revolution (1775-1783) to end our being vassals and peasants under the thumb of a king and his whims. Why do you want to treat Trumpet like he is our king? Why allow him to make himself richer at OUR expense? Why let him get away with doing illegal activities that would cause us, ordinary citizens, to spend years behind bars? Why would you allow him to tell our secrets to our enemies, like he did the Russians shortly after his inauguration?

He’s preformed many acts that are considered treasonous by our legal community. Yet many of you continue to thumb your collective noses at our “rule of law” and shame our investigative agencies just so you can be seen as riding the “Trump-Train to Glory!” My fear for you is that the “glory” you think you see is, in reality, a “hell on earth.” And, that the train is really named the “Chump-Train to Glory.”

Now, alabuck, I know you're smarter than the dumb comment you've stated here. They pled guilty to a phony charge in order to avoid bankruptcy. The punishment for the crime to which they plead will probably be less than the punishment of bankruptcy.

In law, contract disputes between major corporations and private individuals are often decided in favor of the individual since there is an enormous disparity in relative financial strength. The individuakl is held to have been coerced into entering the contract on unfavorable terms.

Dealings with the government are even worse. The prosecution has the unlimited power of the public purse and the individual faces bankruptcy and financial destruction if he does not cave in to what amounts to blackmail threats against family or simply endless frivolous law suits which must be defended into insolvency. I would propose that all costs associated with governmental lawsuits be borne by the Treasury.
this would eliminate the unjust tactics of driving the citizen into bankruptcy whether he is guilty or not.

Many of the guilty pleas are not true admissions of guilt, they are the least destructive option available to the citizen involved in any dispute with the government.

today this is a steep mountain to climb, the Left would fly to the top and roll rock slides at you constantly and then say, He stole to much rock to climb with! he is not elite enough to understand the need to consult with us before he tries something like this.
