Nicolas Cruz is a mental case, pr, many sociopaths and dangerous psychopaths know exactly what they are doing. Of course this kid knew what he was doing, he leaves pretty clear documentation of what he was planning to do. Anyone who premeditates such a murderous rampage has to have some screws loose.

The clue to his mental state is his history of anti-social behavior prior to the k*****gs, and the profusion of warnings from people who knew and interacted with him. Not to mention the number of times he was reported to authorities, and the FBI.

Good grief, he was diagnosed as autistic and suffering ADHD and was undergoing mental health counseling. Just prior to committing this crime, he posted an internet video of showing him slicing his arms with a knife. Investigations by Florida child welfare agency revealed that he was not being mistreated by his adoptive mother. The fact is, this kid was suffering mental problems long before he went over the edge.

BTW: In a short few lines, you said Nicolas Cruz is not mentally ill, he's just a deranged murderer. Last time I looked "deranged" means "insane."

No, Kevyn, the gun lobby did no such thing, NICS is a computer database that is used to grant or deny all legal firearms sales. What you don't seem to know, or probably don't want to know, is that every proposal in congress to include individual mental health issues in the NICS database, was shot down or blocked by liberals--their argument is that such a thing would violate doctor/patient confidentiality.
