To me, it is fine to be passionate about things you share an investment or is somewhat contentious, but that does not excuse some of the horrible things that has been said to others. You can disagree without being disagreeable. I am part of our school's debate team and the first things that we are taught is disagree when you need, but always remember not to injury another person's dignity. In other words, address the thread and the subject, not your opponents heritage or personal way of life.

Thank you for your complement. Uncle Mike is a fantastic teacher, he does not just tell me that something is wrong, but he gives me the reasons that it is not correct. However, he has funny taste in music....he made me listen to an old LP, yes vinyl record, of Bob Marley. I came away bobbing my head and snapping my fingers. It is still running through my head.....please make it stop! And the entire family is here and laughing!!! What does "steer it up mean?"

NO FAIR! I love this song! First time listening and had to listen again. Uncle has stacks of music, he plays the piano and sometimes Aunt Helen will sing...they do a lot of John Denver.

But, the chorus is absolutely perfect for so many times. Take this example. You have two exams and two papers due on the same day=s stones. You receive your exams back. You received As =s diamonds. You received your papers back. You received As =s diamonds. You now have more diamonds then stones. :D :thumbup:

I did use insults toward people who were fiorst insulting me. I got pretty darn dirty with some of the people That I reacted to quite viciously. I"ve since had great mentor Glaucon who helped me with that but I gotta get him to be a wee bit nicer. Some people just get their kicks saying to someone they will never reaally know all kinds of down right raunchy garbage because they would never be able to do it in real life. I concluded That I have my dignity and should keep it.

I like math and sciences.... for some reason, it is easier for me than history. To be sure, I wish that I could write half as (good/well, I think it is good because it is not a state of being) as you. Those things make my head ache. I still have a tutor that works with me on my reading sk**ls and English....poor thing, I have noticed lots of new grey in his hair! :lol: :lol: You know that I am dyslexic.... and when he started trying to teach me I was so ashamed that I gave him attitude. I am glad that he did not tenure his resignation and just walk away from me. There are so many nice people in this world!

No Actually my good Friend Phil Harless met him and hung around with him and his best friend Mark Bendix In the College years in Honolulu. Barry was just like any normal American kid growing up in a middle class nieghborhood. I wouldn't mind knowing the President but the secret service would probly not let me near him.
