We don't give money to i*****l a***ns. They work for their money and pay taxes all of my Mexicans on my payroll had taxes with held and FICA taxes as well. We employ 750,000 Hispanics that pick the wine grapes, fruits, nuts and vegetables that grace your table. A 10 billion rainy day fund is better than a $25 billion deficit and the peace and quiet with no grid lock It feels sooooo gooood. California has a history of electing Republicans going back generations but they were not conservative Republicans they were progressive Republicans in the mold of Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Calif. Governor and Chief Justice of the SCOTUS Earl Warren . Then the people got conned in to electing conservative Republican beginning in 1966 with Ronald Regan and California began a dance with conservative devils that we only began to emerge from in 2011. We elected Jerry Brown from 1974 to 1982 but Republicans found they could get their way through the referendum. They could hire people to put up tables and take people in to signing to put an initiative on the b****t then spend a ton of money on slick TV ads to conn the people. Well the people have wised up to their game it's not working any more. California has some conservative districts that elect Representatives but they have no power except in the UYS House of Representatives.
We don't give money to i*****l a***ns. They work ... (show quote)

If they have so much money in that fund why are they asking the Feds to pay for their roads? As for slick tv ads the Democrats are far out in front of the Republicans. And for lies, the liberals, have by far, outdone the conservatives in that respect. The liberal propaganda machine has become more that adept in that respect.

I used to haul carpet and hardwood flooring from NC to Mexifornia, and produce back. (Mostly). I made 7 trips to NY, a couple to Chicago, but mostly NC to Cal and back.

Your not serious? The Republican party and in particularly Roger Stone invented the modern version of politics of personal destruction. Stone played a big roll in the e******ns of Richard Nixon ,Ronald Reagan, and Donald Trump. The guy is a political genius. If you have Netflix watch "Get Me Roger Stone" a new documentary on him and his political career advising political candidates. He does not care how he will do any thing lie sling mud make up f**e news articles, spread rumors what ever it takes. All that matters is winning. That's the reason I fled that party in the mid 1990's the lies the distortions. In 2000 I asked a right wing cousin why did the Republicans do what they did to Bill Clinton? He said to get back for what the Democrats did to Reagan. I said but Jesus Christ man Reagan deserved it. He committed treason by circumventing congress to sell arms to Iran and funneling the profits to the right wing contras in Nicaragua some of his people went to prison. About 7-8-10 years ago the right got a referendum on the b****t in California banning same sex marriage. It was loosing by about five points then the Mormon Church ponied up $50 million and began running a barrage of TV ads and it won by five points. A couple years later we got a referendum on the b****t overturning that ban and it passed by 10-12 %
