Yeah, Joe's a pedophile who took millions from China and Ukraine according to the right wingers in congress. Funny, though, that when it came time for them to present their evidence, their star witness could not be found. When he was found it was due to him being arrested and charged with lying to the FBI and was held because he was a flight risk. It was also proven that this "star" was working with Russian intelligence. Their other star witnesses could corroborate nothing and often contradicted the points that the right wing congress wimps were trying to make. The last few sessions discussing the matter were highlighted by Dems laughing at the republicans stumbling around tripping over themselves. The Dems proposed a motion to impeach Biden that the right wingers would not second. They just sat there like they were caught in a trap.

They were sure that their guy, under four indictments and 91 felony charges having to do with fomenting a failed coup, the illegal retention of highly classified documents and the deception surrounding his attempt to lie and hide them, trying to get elected officials to abandon their oaths of office to do his illegal bidding to steal an election that he lost badly and making illegal payments to a porn star who he slept with while his wife was recovering from childbirth in order to cover it up and not offend voters. The icing on the cake was his reporting the illegal payment as a legitimate business expense under the heading of legal expenses. I have a tough time justifying any thought that may be expressed saying that he was the best that the right wing could offer to be the most powerful man on the planet and to hold the nuclear codes. Doesn't say much about the quality of their choices or of their integrity.

So who's kidding who?

Trump as president had the ability to declassify any document. He also was working with the National Archives on going through his papers and establish a time table for turning the appropriate documents over to the archive. His documents were in a locked facility (approved by the National Archives), with secret service protection.
By contrast, Biden had NO AUTHORITY of any kind to keep classified documents from his time as vice president or senator. His documents were stored in boxes in a garage and an unsecured closet.
Obama has not returned any of the documents he took when he left office in 2017 and has stored in a former furniture warehouse. Not only has he not been threatened to turn those documents over to the National Archives, he was given another 10 years to go through them. There is no criminal penalty for not turning over the documents.

What ever Happen to Separation of Church and State

The separation of church and state is not mentioned I'd the Constitution anywhere. The closest is a prohibition on the federal government interfering with religion. There is nothing stopping religious people from being involved with politics. In fact the churches were some of the biggest supporters of the revolution.
Too many read or hear a statement out of context, and take it to mean something entirely different.

To those that want Trump to take over, when he does I hope you appreciate less freedom and liberty, but hey, he will own the libs, aka everyone.
And to those that see the insanity of choosing a narcissists, vote blue.

Trump has promised to return our liberties. Biden and the Democrats have been working to take our freedoms from us. But that's okay, they tell us it's for our own good. Forget that BS. I stand with Ben Franklin, he who would trade freedom for temporary security, deserves neither freedom or security.

The IRS needs to hire more staff.
Oh wait, republicans are against that.

A better solution would be to abolish the IRS and replace it with one of the many other tax proposals that have been put forward over the last 40 years. I believe almost all the proposals eliminate the entire tax code and replace it with something that only covers a few pages and has no loopholes. The federal tax code is 6871 pages, when tax regulations and tax guidelines from the IRS are included it is about 75,000 pages.

Ya but the only people convicted of election fraud... (show quote)

Over the last few elections, there have been a very few republicans that have been convicted of voter fraud. There were many more democrats that were convicted of the same.
As for false electors for the electoral college, both sides have had an alternate slate of electors in states with contested election results. The alternates did not say they should be recognized as the true electors. They were ready to officially step in should their party win the contested election. If their party lost the challenge, they were disbanded and had no official standing.

That was widely reported by the MSM, NBC NEWS, AP, New York Post, Washington Post, CNN, US News & World Report, Newsweek. This was at a White House Pride celebration . The stories are dated June 13, 2023. It took me 5 seconds to confirm this. Do a little research before labeling the truth as far right wing propaganda.

That is a bit misleading. Married women support Trump. Single, college educated women support Biden. I'm not sure if that would be over 50% of all women.

***Ranked choice voting is a scheme to disconnect elections from issues and allow candidates with marginal support from voters to win.
>>>BS. People still have to put forth issues. Nothing stops that. They are all vetted and not just the two representing the two major parties. Which often might be popular within their party, but evil for America. With primaries it is often the person on the extremes who rises to the top and then presents himself as moderate (lies) in the General election. With ranked choice, these extreme choices can be eliminated for a consensus candidate near the middle that most people either like or can live with instead of some extremist.

***It obscures true debates and issue-driven dialogs among candidates and eliminates genuine binary choices between two top-tier candidates. Who makes those fictional two top tier candidates the choices of Americans? The press? The parties? Screw them. we are the voters and we deserve a chance to vet them all at once and pick the one best suited for American and not just some extreme party hack.

***It also disenfranchises voters, because ballots that do not include the two ultimate finalists are cast aside to manufacture a faux majority for the winner.
>>>That is a false interpretation of how it works.

You rage on about the Alaska vote. If all of the Republicans voted for Republicans as one and two, a Republican would have won. But to many voted for a Republican as one and three and gave the Democrat the edge with a lot of one and two votes. People need to learn how to do it and it works fine.

That being said, there are many different ways of voting that are similar and far better then the system we have now, party control and extremists winning, either right or left and neither good for America.
***Ranked choice voting is a scheme to disconnect ... (show quote)

It would be fairer if the top 2 candidates, regardless of party, advance to a run off election. Then you would have a candidate that was actually favored by the majority of voters. Their policies would be clear cut as to their differences and the issues they focus on.

It's no secret that Republicans are planning to fire millions of government workers and trash several departments.

The government is bloated with too much power given to unelected bureaucrats. There should be a massive overhaul of the bureaucracy. Make departments justify their existence. The number of employees should be examined to eliminate redundant and unnecessary positions.

When republicans are in office run up the deficit by giving tax breaks to rich people.
Thus will falsely stimulate the economy,
And then when dens are in office force them to shoot their Santa Claus in the face by screaming about the deficit The republicans just ran up !
Been working well , but ,
not for the American people.

Please check the records. The tax cuts lead to increased revenue to the federal government. Unfortunately, Congress increases spending by an even greater rate. For example, if tax revenue increases by 10% after a tax cut, you will find that Congress will increase spending by 20%.

When you no longer trust the news, when you no longer trust the FBI the CIA all the intelligence agencies, when you no longer trust the judicial system, when you no longer trust the legislature, when you place all your trust in the hands of one man you no longer have democracy you have monarchy.

When you have no trust in the the vast majority of news sources, no longer trust the executive levels of government agencies, you look to an outsider to clean up the problems and restore faith in the government. It does not mean you want a monarchy, it means you want reform. If you are backing insiders who are solidifying the agencies abusive and/or selective enforcement of laws and regulations, then you are backing either a monarchy or more likely an oligarchy. You end up taking away the people's inalienable rights and giving the power to the government, all for the safety of the people. First you take the guns, next you take away a free press, freedom of speech, you limit the right to assemble, then you limit the people's religious freedom and their right to petition government for the redress of grievances. After that, the government can search and surveil you without warrants. All of our rights will be lost and we will no longer be free citizens. We will be subjects. Unless you know with certainty you will be among the ruling elites or are willing to be mindless sheep, I doubt you will want to live on your knees serving your masters.

Donald Trump made up to $160 million from international business dealings while he was serving as president of the United States, according to an analysis of his tax returns by CREW.

That was money earned by his companies through legal business dealings. The revenue was correctly and honestly reported on his tax returns.
If Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates were president and made their huge profits from their legitimate business dealings, would you say that they illegally profited from their serving in government as you seem to be claiming about Trump?

Taking Biden off the ballot? For what reason? My guess is revenge. Personally I would not mind having Biden off the ballot if Trump was permanently barred from holding office ever again. A good trade.

Biden should be removed on several grounds, his cognitive deficiencies, corruption and influence peddling. I know what the left will say, he hasn't failed a cognitive test (he won't take one), he hasn't been charged or convicted of corruption and influence peddling. I'm using the left's same reasoning for removing Trump. Trump did take a cognitive test and passed it, the results were released and mostly ignored by the media. Trump has not been charged or convicted of insurrection, yet the left is trying to remove him from the ballot.
I'm just saying we should all play by the same rules and standards. These should not change at any time during an election.
