As always, he had not interest in anything but himself. He was hoping he could sell the rest of the USFL down the drain in order to be accepted by the NFL..

but as with most of the world, the NFL wanted nothing to do with the dirt bag..

The only followers trump has are those so dumb they can not find their way home..

You wanted him and you got him.. everyone else hopes we get rid of him before he does too much damage to the nation.

We touched on Trump’s beef with the NFL, but do you think that in any way inspired what he’s doing now? That elite club he was never let into, do you think that’s something that has stuck with him over the years?

Oh, I do. He’s clearly not a guy to let slights go and the NFL has rejected him repeatedly.

So, this is kind of a big thing that a lot of people didn’t know about. Trump held a secret meeting with Pete Rozelle, who was commissioner of the NFL, in 1984. At the Pierre Hotel in New York City, Trump paid for the suite, told Rozelle he wanted to meet to talk. Rozelle had known him casually over the years. They meet and Trump is basically offering to do whatever it takes, “I’ll leave the USFL, I don’t need them, blah blah blah, to join the NFL."

Rozelle didn’t know that’s why they were meeting. I interviewed a guy who was at the meeting and he was like, “Rozelle said to him, ‘You will never be an owner in the NFL. As long as I’m affiliated with the NFL or my family is affiliated with the NFL, you will never have a team in the NFL.’” Because they just saw him as this scumbag huckster. He was this New York, fast-talking, kind of con-man. You know? He was just a huckster and they didn’t really want that.

It’s almost like that line in Titanic, “Old money, new money,” where Molly Brown was like new money so nobody wants to talk to her. Trump was new money and he was classless. There was no class to him, that’s how he was viewed by them. This classless buffoon. So there was no interest in having him as an owner in the NFL. The NFL never really wanted Trump, you know? He’s kind of [Dallas Cowboys owner] Jerry Jones without the dignity. Jerry Jones actually has some dignity. Trump does not.

When former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick began the anti-American trend of sitting or taking a knee while the national anthem was played, he insisted he was using his platform to raise awareness and start a broader dialogue regarding perceived racial inequalities in America and police brutality.

Other players who have joined the protest trend have echoed those sentiments, and while some of them may truly believe it and think they aren’t being disrespectful or unAmerican, the reality is that many Americans do indeed find their actions to be quite disrespectful and offensive.

And in Kaepernick’s case, just a wee bit hypocritical.

You see, while the bi-racial Kaepernick rails against the perceived oppression of minorities in America by a “white supremacist” system, he himself doesn’t appear to have been all that “oppressed” and held back from opportunity by “white people,” but was in fact raised and presented with a multitude of opportunity by white people, namely his adoptive white mother and father.

It was his adoptive white parents who no doubt drove him to football practice as a kid and supported him in his athletic endeavors throughout high school and into college, where he received a scholarship from the University of Nevada in Reno and became their starting quarterback midway through his freshman year, according to Biography.com.

Indeed, Kaepernick’s parents still support him even as the protest movement he started grew and has now spiraled out of control.

Kaepernick was drafted by the 49ers in the second round of the 2011 draft, and took over as starting quarterback there in his second season with the club, ultimately taking his team to the Super Bowl and eventually earning a contract extension worth $126 million, according to NFL.com, a contract he nevertheless revised and opted out of in favor of free agency following the 2016 season.

Yet, this multi-million claims that he has been oppressed. Sure.

Some people may deal with perceived systemic racism and oppression these days, but Kaep isn’t one of them, not by a long shot.

Kaepernick Foundation Gave $25K to Group Honoring Cop-Killer
Amidst the fury over the NFL players kneeling during the national anthem – the heated arguments about Trump, the fecklessness of league officials – we as Americans have forgotten something important that goes to the heart of the issue and should unite us all: Colin Kaepernick is a jerk.

But now, Valerie Richardson writing in The Washington Times, reminds us just how repulsive Kaepernick’s views really are. The erstwhile QB and communist dictator enthusiast has a self-named foundation formed in 2016 to grant $1 million to “organizations working in oppressed communities.”

“So far,” according to Richardson, “he has given $900,000 to 31 organizations.” Those include Meals on Wheels, as well as groups with all the lefty preoccupations: “abortion, climate change, criminal justice reform and immigration.” (Aborion? Nothing says "black lives matter" like killing black infants.)

One of the more noteworthy of them is, Richardson explains, “Assata’s Daughters, a Chicago ‘direct action’ resistance organization honoring Assata Shakur, who escaped prison and fled to Cuba after being found guilty in the 1973 murder of Officer Werner Foerster.” Yep, a group founded in honor of a cop-killer. That must be where he got his fetching cop-pig socks. Assata’s Daughters must give them away like PBS tote bags during pledge drives.

Glad u r free of living in that sardine can. A lot has happened during ur captivity. How long has it been? Really? 2000 years? Wow. No wonder u r so ill-informed. America was born in 1776. And it got a Bill of Rights. One of those rights was "peaceable protest." "Peaceable protest" honors, not disrespects, America. Taking a knee at a football game has nothing to do with our military, alive or dead, or the ideals of this country, but only to do with protesting injustice. A Knee is not anti-military, or anti-American, or anti-Capitalism. It is pro social justice for all.

Not Trump. Their agenda is beyond--er, beneath that. Trump is far too stupid and narcissistic to lead anything. He is a self-obsessed reactionary, clueless to leadership. Easily duped and sidelined by grievances and revenge. Which is why Putin wanted him as president and made every effort to make it so. Putin has twenty-five years of political maneuvers and intrigue on Trump. Trump was picked for the ultimate embarrassment factor to our nation and more: to be manipulated and follow his nature.

What do Trump supporters actually stand for? The vain and unhinged and angry and hateful compulsions of Trump? They like it, but that is not enough. What they like is what they think erodes faith and trust in the Washington-usual. No, this only created a dysfunction, a weakening of America. And they cheer it. It will fall to "smaller government"--or Russia or China. They do think that far.

He gave them voice. He put them into the mainstream. He made them a legitimate force in America. He gave them a Free Pass to be as ugly, divisive, and hateful as they wanted, and anointed it. That is what they like and stand for. Ergo the reason his failed promises, legislation, gaffs, and politics does not dissuade them. The White Nationalism Movement has been ordained by Trump as a priest in discussing our future.

What do Trump supporters actually stand for? Nothing! Well, nothing substantial. It is almost all fear and hate, reactionary and not really a stance. If any Christians could pause for even one honest moment of reflection, they would weep at their imprudence.
