For all of you who are so vocal in defense of a bunch of overpaid and underbrained morons taking a knee to protest police brutality.......
Today in Cedartown GA, someone I know, Officer Kirsten Herne, was shot to death, following a chase involving a meth head and a stolen car.
Officer Herne was a 29 year old mother who leaves a husband and young daughter.
Remember that the next time you see these dipshits on their knees during the anthem.

I will remember, but I won't waste a single minute watching football.
Americans stand.
Slaves kneel.

Loki - I'm just wondering if folks were taking the knee to protest the shooting of police officers if we would be seeing the same response from the right.
In any case, if one thinks the knee-taking protest in any way diminishes the concern for police officers risking their lives in the line of duty, then one is missing the point entirely.
BTW - Love the music you shared. Stringed instruments and folk music never fail to touch me.

Ponder this fact for yourself...when do YOU kneel and what are you normally doing when you do? NOW tell anyone it is a proper form of protest....BULLSHIT!
The NFL can do what ever now....they have lost many fans and will continue to fall apart financially due to it....soon to come for the NFL will look like the old Roller Derby teams.....all those over paid players will be on a salary of $1,200.00 a month....and the only thing that will get sold at an NFL game will be a dime bag of pop corn. At that point of time it can be stated they got what they frigging deserved....as they are a bunch of hypocrites and do nothing piles of dung.
YEAH,BUT,to make up for the NFL monetary loss, that 10 cent bag of popcorn, will now cost,$4,500.00....

I haven't watched pro sports (other than rodeo) for ages, except for the occasional NBA game. I don't even follow college sports other than Tarheel basketball.

Oh, My God. I could make some very crude comments about bull riders with pedicures.

I can't resist, Paul; and bear in mind you opened the door.....
After the bulls are ridden, do they ride the riders? lol
The Gay Caballeros indeed. If we have gay rodeo, why not a remake of
The Three Amigos? They could be on a mission to stop the heinous designs of feminists led by Hillary Clinton to emasculate every man in the world; (starting with the ones who look like Bill Clinton). A particularly gory ending for Hillary the Harpy would guarantee mainstream acceptance of the film. The evil witches' familiar could be played by Anthony Weiner, provided he could waggle, (oops! I meant
wangle) some work release for a film of social significance.

Hahahaha!
I think you have the mind-set of a producer. Come to California and make your movie!

It would never work. All of my villains are Liberals. I was going to use conservative gays to play my cowboy heroes. I have actually known a couple. I'll bet there might be five or six in California somewhere.
Query: Since white Liberals have been known to call conservative blacks on the carpet for
"not being black enough," will I have to deal with white Liberal heterosexuals telling my heroes they are not
gay enough?
