The most leftist state in the Union has not only the largest number but the largest percentage of hungry, homeless people in the nation. OK, no doubt that some percentage of the 137 million gun owners in the US will "roll over", but even if 25% of them won't, that's 34 million--many of these are veterans. With a total of 4 million employees, including the armed forces, the government simply doesn't have the manpower and resources to deal with that many. A very small percentage of government employees are LE, something like 150,000.

Now, explain what is and is not an "easy target".
