First we should stop all green new deal expenditures, including renewable energy and electric cars. Second prohibit any government money from going to any group that does not practice total racial color blindness. This is a multi billion industry which is worse than useless as it puts incompetent people in important positions. Probably save a couple of trillion.

We need protection against profit making law enforcement. We need a law that all fines, forfeitures and fees in law enforcement go to a central location, perhaps in each state. They would periodically be distributed with each law enforcement unit getting a share proportional to its budget.
