Climate change as agreed by every nation in the world is an enormous threat far greater than religious extremists shooting up workplaces a few times a year. It will make much of the land where crops are grown useless, inundate our coast lines where much of the population lives, cause the extinction of many species and cause mass human immigration. This is not speculation, it is accepted scientific knowledge only disputed by shills of the fossil fuel industry. Our President has done far too little to address the problem and anyone denying the threat of climate change has no more business in public office than someone who believes the earth is flat.
