Newsflash: President Trump’s declaration of emergency regarding the border is fundamentally different from all of the other emergencies people throw around. Now, I know that might seem like a redundant statement, but it is a fundamental truth. On the other hand, when Barack Obama declared emergencies, he bypassed legislation to change how the United States is governed. He created new rules and orders on a whim, and the results bore trackable negative consequences. Not a single 'Obama emergency' was an 'actual' emergency, it was a vehicle to altering how government is conducted by executive fiat, doing an 'end run' around Congress.

In contrast, President Trump is simply trying to find money to carry out laws that are already in the books. Rather than defying Congress, he’s trying to do exactly what they have demanded through legislation.

So let's put that in perspective. Obama made new rules. President Trump has done nothing of the sort. Most importantly, he isn’t even using his declaration of emergency to take funds against the will of Congress. The money the President is redirecting to the border is already under his discretion.

It's really quite simple after all.

So, what does this mean? In all likelihood, there was no “Russian hack.” The DNC servers were not penetrated by the Russian military using a “sophisticated spearphishing attack.”

Oh, NO! The whole 'Russia Collusion Narrative' just got flushed!

https://uspoliticsandnews.com/former-nsa-technical-director-russia-didnt-hack-the-democrats/?inf_contact_key=e7cbc577ecd94131aecbd8a5f6f52a894dfbc39d7283b2cb89d5189540b69330

"The Trump campaign couldn’t have colluded with the Russians to hack the DNC emails. Because the DNC was never hacked."

It means they've been lying through their rotten teeth all along, just like we knew they were!

Now we know the 'real reason' they refused to hand their servers over to the FBI; they would have been 'outed' in seconds.

They are afraid of him because he has kept his campaign promises, unlike most politicians.
He's accomplished more things in his first 2+ years than these corrupt gas bags from both sides of congress have in decades.
He's making them all look bad and they can't stand it!

Better than that, he's showing them up for what they really are, and doing it for all to see. Maybe that's what he means by 'draining the swamp'...

You're right, it won't, because what you cite will be based on nothing, or worse, lies and innuendo. You know the first thing I'll do is look for a credible source and that drives you insane, doesn't it? Because there iwn't one, is there?

After the greatest State of the Union Address in history, the near elimination of ISIS, fantastic economic numbers, and standing firm on his promise to BUILD THE WALL, it’s clear President Trump is succeeding at an unprecedented rate.

Democrats and the Fake News are panicking because no matter how much they lie about President Trump’s accomplishments, he just keeps WINNING, and that's why they hate him much.

Now, let me see...
First, there's this:

https://www.dailywire.com/news/8967/7-things-you-need-know-about-southern-poverty-law-aaron-bandler

"The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) recently classified the organization White Lives Matter as a hate group, but refused to apply the same classification to Black Lives Matter." In fact, they even refused to apply the same standards. "[Black Lives Matter] members have explicitly called for dead cops, the lynching of white people, and endorse racial segregation? For some reason, the SPLC's president, Richard Cohen, does not believe the label equally applies to the Leftist group."

Then we find this:

https://freebeacon.com/issues/southern-poverty-law-center-transfers-millions-in-cash-to-offshore-entities/

"I've never known a US-based nonprofit dealing in human rights or social services to have any foreign bank accounts," said Amy Sterling Casil, CEO of Pacific Human Capital, a California-based nonprofit consulting firm. "My impression based on prior interactions is that they have a small, modestly paid staff, and were regarded by most in the industry as frugal and reliable. I am stunned to learn of transfers of millions to offshore bank accounts. It is a huge red flag and would have been completely unacceptable to any wealthy, responsible, experienced board member who was committed to a charitable mission who I ever worked with." Ouch. But wait, there's more!

"It is unethical for any US-based charity to invest large sums of money overseas," said Casil. "I know of no legitimate reason for any US-based nonprofit to put money in overseas, unregulated bank accounts."
