I was on to Koch long before Reid made it an issue... Forget about Reid and do your own homework on the Koch empire... go back to the 1950's and have at it, balance out the good and the bad and make your own decisions.

This was my statement on Koch, As well as the XL pipe line will benefit Koch and China the most, the original post was about the pipe line , Now learn to read again before injecting all your right wing off topic crap

"You righties are a piece of work, always tit for tat Koch vs Soros or who ever...." (you said)
"I was on to Koch long before Reid made it an issue... Forget about Reid." (you said)
" utilize the refinery's closer to Canada than pipe that crap 1700 miles south to Koch and China."(you said)
" just like Fred Koch did with Stalin during the first cold war,' (you said).
Youre the one who introduced the Kochs into this argument and now you deny it and say it was only about the pipeline? Youre making a fool out of yourself.

He did a good job of turning himself into a fool. Or was he always one? Difficult to tell.

Ok I'm the fool fella, my statement was on topic with the XL, It makes more sense to refine closer to the Tar sands than pipe that mud 1700 miles, this will only benefit Koch& China at the expense of the American public. So seems you have a problem with this? That was on topic, this is not... Reid, Soros, and the half dozen other clowns you righties keep on bringing up have nothing to do with anything we were talking about, its off topic. Who gives a horses ass how may millions Koch donates, it has nothing to do with the XL , All you Koch snorting tools need to wake up and review some real American history, If your so smart tell me what Fred Koch was doing in Communist Russia In the early 50's with Stalin while America was well into the cold war with Russia... FELLA... shooting pool and drinking vodka?, Then when he got tossed out of Russia he funded the anti communist Birchers... nice cover for a communist traitor who made a fortune under Stalin...Just like donating 100's of millions to hospitals, nice tax wright off while looking like a American hero, what about the people who died from all his pollution problems and cover up's... oh just pay off the family's and fines. I said I was onto Koch way before Dirty Harry Reid was, Koch pulls all you righties strings and buys your votes, just like he does in congress and with the supreme court... Charles Koch is a smart guy, he's got you shining his shoes and you don't even know it.

So, donating 100's of millions to hospitals, is not OK with you if its a nice tax wright off. Does your rule apply to the Clintons for donating their used underwear to charity and taking a write off?
One more time.... FELLA!!! As far as your false allegation about the cold war, maybe youre the one who should go back and do some homework.
It was Fred Koch’s hands-on experience with Soviet Communism that convinced him of the unmitigated evil of such a system, and ultimately turned him into a passionate crusader on behalf of liberty. In 1960, three decades after his hands-on experience in the Soviet Union, he published a small but trenchant tract, A Business Man Looks at Communism, which spelled out his convictions and won many admirers. The Soviet Union, he wrote, was a “land of hunger, misery, and terror.” You guys must really need a demon to blame for progressive incompetence.

There are just too many that buy in to the logic of the Koch's.
Buying into the logic that is at the core of the problems these same people have.

Buying into the logic that helping the Koch's have more wealth is in their own best interest. PT Barnum must be back.

Exactly, they are blindly led and their misaligned loyalty is incomprehensible.

The Koch brothers are nothing new, the thing is when will we recognize the misrepresentation right off and nip it in the bud, perfect example the pipeline. To the extent of the short term American jobs to the high risk of corrupting a major water supply, it is not worth being used. I'll go with Buffett expanding his rail line and maybe in a positive spin off we can build more extending railway lines. Better in energy then flying.

Obama tried to initiate a high speed railway from Boston to Charlotte, didn't go over. Than Boston to DC Republicans turned it down again. One has to wonder who is in their best interest? How many US jobs would have this created?

How many times do we have to bail out the Airline Industry on tax payer money?

I would say that it is more about who uses what.
