Without a voter identification, it is difficult to say how many.... not if, but how many votes were cast by not only illegals but by the deceased, felons (although this is now a questionable requirement), or those who have been declared incompetent.
In California the entire voting system depends on their DMV... so if you have a driver's license you can even register to vote on line. New York, Virginia, and Nevada also offer on line registration. In a few states there is an additional requirement to be competent... that is not a resident in a mental institution or declared incompetent by a physician/psychiatrist.... not necessary in Nevada or California. However, from all I can learn, there are no systems in any of these places for verification.. in other words, they rely only on the DMV database. I offer you the 2012 case regarding California's DMV database...

The system is flawed, not from our founding father's designs, but implementation of that system. I also direct you to True the Vote... it is nonpartisan, and they maintain a database on voter fraud... it is more than 20 pages long, and consists of all voter fraud... not just the presidential elections.
http://truethevote.orgIt is my opinion, and now I believe than many left leaner are beginning to understand and come around to the idea, we need a voter identification system that works, and we need the election process standardized... In many states there are no paper trails to recount, some counties within states have computer voting and some have paper ballots, some feed off of other state run departments, some do not require a picture form of identification. Although standardization is a Herculean task, it needs to be done post haste before the next senate elections.
Now back to your question. Is there a case for voter fraud. Yes, but identifying who voted illegally, that would be difficult to determine. As you may recall, obama encouraged ... even if he did not intend to, illegals to vote. And then there are the sanctuary cities.... I am sure, because the governors and mayors do not want to even identify who is illegal, then they did not care if they voted. A very conservative estimate would be 20 percent of illegals in the USA voted this past election or around 400,000. Around 10 percent of all voters voted in more than one state and about 2 percent were dead.....
Did the DNC organize the illegals... I would say no. Had they organized these people, then Killary would be president elect. I do think they encouraged them and I think they were so over confident of a sweeping win, they did not supply buses and free lunches, as they did when obama first took the White House. They assumed that the blacks and Hispanics, as well as the new imports under obama, would step in line and vote Democratic because President Elect Trump came right out and said he would deport all illegals and then softened to say criminals who are illegal, plus defunding sanctuary cities. They counted on fear to win the votes. The Democrats simply failed to pander to the illegals and they ignored nursing homes, this cost Killary the election. Had they followed obama's play-book... the situation would be quite different, you would be complaining that President Elect Trump demands a recount.
If there was enough time, I think that all our states and territories should be recounted... with proper attention given to registration applications with one standard used to approve or deny the application. Then a comparison of states' votes to ensure no duplicates along with the SS department to ensure no dead people voted. This would be the only way to ensure a clean election. At this point, this is impossible.

According to Trump there were three million illegal aliens who voted during the election. So where is the proof and just who did they vote for. After all, if it was organized by the DNC Hillary would have won...
Now this isn't the only time Trump has made allegations without any proof but my question is why do conservative believe him without doing any kind of fact check?
