The Way of the Righteous and the End of the Ungodly

1 Blessed is the man

These are the words of David, King of Israel!

My friends we are taking another journey through the Psalm of David.
To all of you who have walked through the first journey, I hope you are all well.
It took me many a moon, to establish a consistent job, and get my vehicle back after a disaster moving to Texas.
I returned to Tucson, and now I work for Raytheon. Now, I work second shift so, like I said in 2014, I will say again,
I will post one Psalm a day, and invite all of you to pray.
For those of you who are on the Original Praying for America through a Psalm of David I am creating a new topic.

I will post the Psalms there, mainly to separate the two journeys.
On this topic I will continue to pray for America, but my Psalms for the second journey will be in the new topic.

This first journey was created for the purpose that God's help is needed. The chaos that came out of 24 years and three presidents hurt this nation.
We once were a great nation. We once shined above all. But today, this new generation of Americans are confused on who we are.
24 years ago, President Clinton was elected president. Today the 24 year-old complains of Racism and does not really understand what it means.
Racism is a very negative state, in which one race seeks to enslave another race. Racism is about control. The 24 year old does not understand control. This
generation of Americans who I speak about, have been brought up in social media and the virtual world. However, we who are from the older generation understand that human interaction in person beats all virtual forms of communication.

We say its better, yet it is the same.
The younger generation has not learned patience. The younger generation does not understand gratification comes from hard work. But the younger generation wants instant gratification which leads to evil. We have a chance this year, to change all of that. During this past election, America was indifferent and confused. The older generation wanted Donald Trump, because he kept his word and did not sugar coat anything, for the Lord is with him.

However there is a limitation on God's favor with Donald.
This limitation is simply this, Donald is the hero and warrior against the Progressive, Liberal, movement with their heart set to destroy the Constitution and what it is to be American. When their leader, President Obama was in office, the double standard ran a muck. The Progressive-liberals exercised freedom with no responsibility. They had no conscience unlike their Conservative counterparts. But the Conservatives had suffered a bad time in their hey-day. For the conservatives were ruthless in their time. But watching what these Progressives did, the Conservatives want to fight them, however, they know that if they do, then the same pomp and circumstance will render them powerless. So they think twice about getting into battle again. However, because of Clinton-Bush-Obama, to be a conservative, let alone Trump supporter, let alone a patriot, the actions of these people are so appalling that their dangerous actions, have rendered us conservatives without the American dream.

I lost a good job, a wife, a home and a truck because of the actions of these people.
America was involved in now three wars, and suffered great economic loss and committed great Social sins against our creator. Not to mention all the lives lost in Desert Storm, 911, Afghanistan, Fast and Furious, Benghazi and those murdered by ISIS. Now we live in a country where the Media has proven time and time again that they have lied to all of us. President Trump was chosen by God, to break this down. God sanctioned one man, and rose him up, to do what David did for Israel. David was hunted by Saul, just like Donald is being hunted by Obama.

We are watching God working against the evil that has strangled an entire generation of Americans.
Donald Trump is an instrument of God's love. Jesus said, "Do not be like the hypocrites." This double standard must end. This double standard as robbed us of our wealth. This double standard preached, "STOP BULLYING" yet look at all the bullying that the Press and the Liberal Progressives are doing.

With God as our witness, these evils shall now come out for years and decades to come.

Let me recite for you the sailors creed:
I am a United States Sailor. I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and I will obey the orders of those appointed over me. I represent the fighting spirit of the Navy and all who have gone before me to defend freedom and democracy around the world.

I am a veteran of Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. I am a Christian, and a Roman Catholic. And when I started this topic, I asked all of you to talk to God. Talk to God in prayer. Write your prayer here. If you pray, write your personal Prayer here. I have found that during the first time I ran this topic, that hundreds of you banded together and prayed. Well God answered our prayer. The Democrats now are out of power. Obama has lost all standing and power. However, the confused younger generation, are sheep. This is the reason that prayer is waranted. For me personally, I am looking for a family of my own. But as far as the country, how can I have that family, in a country like this.

We can speak about racism, liberals, Obama, Obamacare, etc.. But we as laymen do not have the power alone to correct these problems. Therefore once again, I call on all of you, my fellow Americans, my brothers and sisters to PRAY for America! We alone cannot change this corrupt nation, but together with God we can. Jesus taught us how to live, let us live by Jesus, and abide by God's law. Let us pray for America, then sit down with popcorn and watch the entertainment that Fox News shows us. Getting Donald into the White House is what we prayed for, now let us pray for him, and let us pray that he succeeds and teaches the younger generation how great we are. Thank you.

Where do we stand, March 7, 2017

Mark 3:25-26 If a house is divided against itself, it cannot stand. And if Satan is divided and rises against himself, he cannot stand; his end has come.

In Springfield, Illinois, on June 16, 1858 Abraham Lincoln gave his 'House divided against itself speech." Less than 2 years later, March 4, 1861, the Civil War broke out. Is that where we are? Has this once great United States sunk to that point?

There was adamant opposition on both sides, and bitter resentment after the Civil War. That was then, this is now, and that depth of bitterness prevails. Recently, it was reported that the current divide is so bitter one woman divorced her husband, of quite a few years, because he voted for Trump. Before we once again resort to blood in the streets, let us be in dedicated prayer that the Lord will return to us and cleanse our country of this strife.

Dear Lord, with sincere heart we come to You to ask that You forgive us our sins. We are so distracted by trivial matters we no longer take time to read Your Word, or even to be in prayer. Wake us up, Lord, before our cities are in flames, and we war brother against brother.

1Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time He may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.

Against all odds, are you capable of setting aside anger, doubts, and fear to put total, unconditional trust in the Lord to resolve this festering acrimony that prevails? I challenge each of us to attempt to do that - it starts one day at a time.

Help us, Lord, we are like a rudderless boat adrift on rough seas, we need You, we come to You, and we ask that You calm all our anxieties and resolve our nations divide. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

The Messiah’s Triumph and Kingdom

These are the words of David, King of Israel

Lord, Let us gain understanding in today's Psalm. Today's Psalm asks a question:

Why do nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing?
The kings of the earth set themselves,
And the rulers take counsel together,
Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,
“Let us break Their bonds in pieces
And cast away Their cords from us.” Psalm 2:1-3

This is a very interesting question, for in the time of King David, even the society of the Children of God were turning away from Him. Turning away from God. For even in David's day, the liberals and the conservatives fought each other. Even in the fact that David became king, is evidence of this feud. The liberals in David's time were jealous of the nations that surrounded them. They wanted a king, so they could be like the neighboring kingdoms around the promised land. God told His children through the prophet and hero, Samuel, "Why do you want a king, for I AM your king." The people in their liberal ways pressed the issue further until, God gave into the cry. Therefore, God gave into His children's cry, and chose Saul as their king. Saul was considered an evil King. Therefore, God anointed another king, King David. David was the king that the people loved. But the price of that love was great. For when the supporters of David killed Saul, David wept and sought justice for Saul, because Saul was the anointed King of Israel.

David's faith in the Almighty was strong, very strong. David was a hero of Israel. But even in this second Psalm, David does not understand why the people seek to usurp the Lord. Reflecting on today's world, the human interaction between the liberals and the conservatives has not changed since King David. It is easier to revolt against a government, fight that government, than to balance the freedoms, obligations, and equality of sustaining that government.

Today our society is under attack. The American way of life is under attack. Our identity as a people, nation, and community is under attack. We support and defend the Constitution, yet there are many of us that interpret the Constitution in the wrong manner. And not only that, but they view circumstances and situations with colored glasses of fantasy and imagination, rather than viewing these events for what they are. Be prepared my fellow Christians, and fellow people in Christ. We saints are going to have to speak out against these atrocities. Christ taught us, in St. Paul's words, "Make your 'yeses', yeses; and your 'no's', no's." Therefore stand for what is right. If someone tells you a fictitious story which they believe in their heart that it is truth. Pray to God, and correct your brother. For Christ is coming back, and many of us, although we think our Progressive Liberal friends are nuts, we love them as we love each other. We need to correct them when they er, but don't take it to the extreme where our brothers and sisters seek our demise and actively attack us. Instead follow the example of King David, when Saul was killed. Do not take up arms against your brothers and sisters, instead show them by example the error of their ways. Treat them as if they, like you have been anointed in the blood of Christ. Being anointed in the blood of Christ, makes you inherit and share in His Kingdom. Convert these lost souls do not destroy them.

For David pleads with the wise and learned men. He pleads with the judges of the earth, and all of you. Christ is coming, and just as David predicted the coming of Christ in this Psalm, so too is this prediction so true today:

Now therefore, be wise, O kings;

A CHALLENGE, March 8, 2017

This morning a fog laid over the countryside like a heavy shroud. It is sad, Lord, our nation appears to have an evil shroud hovering over it in the form of a malicious man bent on our destruction. Our situation reminds me of the Biblical story in Daniel 10. Daniel has been seeking the help of the Lord for 21 days, and he is told that the evil Prince of Persia has blocked the Arch Angel Michael from coming to his aid.

No doubt you can see the relative connection to Persia and the evil shadow in the background now. I challenge each of you, from today March 8 until March 29, to use every free moment to be in prayer. We need the strength of the Lord on our side, only He can provide the help we need to defeat this "evil Prince of Persia."

Dear Lord, keep my mind and my heart bent on prayer seeking Your presence to rescue this nation from the clutches of evil men. It is not just one, but 'legions of evil men' who want to bring us down. Lord, we ask for Your spirit to strengthen our souls to stand strong in faith, trusting that Your help will come. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

The Lord Helps His Troubled People
A Psalm of David when he fled from Absalom his son.

Lord, how they have increased who trouble me!

I cried to the Lord with my voice,

These are the words of David, King of Israel

Children are a natural blessing to each human who has them. But sometimes, after raising a child, the child turns against you. So as it was with King David. Absalom was his son. David loved Absalom, but Absalom tried to overthrow his father. David banished his son Absalom for killing his other son Ammon. But Ammon was guilty of raping David's daughter Tamar. The Prophet Nathan passed God's judgement to David. King David's sin was that of murder and adultery. And his punishment would be shown in Ammon, Tamar, and Absalom. Ammon would rape and discard Tamar, and Absalom would be angry against Ammon, until Absalom killed Ammon. Absalom would flee from his father David to Joab. Where Joab would have David take back Absalom. Absalom would by David's request, return to Israel and his freedom in Israel would be restored. Then Absalom would try to overthrow his father, King David.

Sounds like a Jerry Springer show, does it not? But like when David fled from Saul, so did David flee from Absalom. Absalom is kind of like the silver tongue of President Obama. He was a very good looking man. He had the silver tongue of Bill Clinton and Obama. For Absalom had convinced the wise that David was not a just king, and that he, Absalom should overthrow his father. This is where the House of David became divided. Three of his children were injured by the act of David's lust. For David's sin was the sin of murder and the sin of adultery.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Let us put ourselves in the place of King David. Do we really understand how hard it is, to run a family and a nation? I look around me in today's society and see, a once innocent nation has become corrupted. I remember when sodomy and adultery were illegal. But today, these atrocities are celebrated. Abortion is considered "preventative care" along with contraception. "Safe sex" takes precedence and having sex against the Law of God, is considered the new status quo. For those of us who remember the days before President Clinton, can remember a more conservative country, where virginity was honored. Today, virginity is called, a woman or a man who is sheltered.

This is a major problem with the society of America. See it's the society that runs our communities and our nation. And its through the banning of certain human behavior by society which becomes law. But when the pendulum swings for God's Law, and prohibits what God prohibits, then that society receives prosperity. But when the pendulum swings against God's law, you have what we have today. Imagine the challenge that Donald Trump has to try to swing the pendulum back to God. One man cannot do this alone. Today was a day intended to celebrate women. Women should be celebrated, however, as what is written in the story of David running from his son Absalom. However, the repentant king, runs to the shelter of the Lord, Our God. America we need to run to the shelter of Our God as David did.

Notice that David, although he had the power, did not put his son to death, just like he did not put Saul to death. Both men died in battle, but not by the hand of David. If your brother sins against you forgive them. For how can God forgive you if you cannot forgive your brother. Let us not be divided, but come together in the family of God.

It is very important for all of us to pray to God. Have the Lord protect us in times of trouble. And we should share with the Lord Our God, the happiness he gives us through the prosperity we earn in His Name, by His teaching, in His Word. Punish those who are guilty. But do not destroy the guilty but convince the guilty the error of their ways. Let us not take with us to the grave, any remorse or regret for the lives we lead. But instead follow Christ, turn away from the Sin of David, and follow the example of David.

For all times King David and his son, Solomon, have tried to teach each and every one of us, through their wisdom. David is just like each and everyone of us, in the fact that David is a sinner. But by being a sinner and when corrected by Nathan and the Lord, David sought the reconciliation of the Lord. Although the House of David became divided, King Solomon picked up the reigns and reunited at least during Solomon's reign, the kingdom of Israel. Use their example in convincing our fellow Americans to put away their wicked, and destructive ways, and reunite America.

Let it be known that our President for the first time since Harry Truman is a man of his word. Honor him, by helping him, to bring Americans back to the grace of God. Through Grace we shall be great again.

God in heaven, help us bring America back into reconciliation with You. For you who try not to sin, help those who sin to not sin. To sin against thy brother is to sin against God. Therefore Father, bring us back into your Grace. We ask this through Jesus Christ, (son of David), Your Son, Amen.

To bring your brother out of sin, is to love your brother.

Yom Kippur War, March 9, 2017

There comes a time when you feel backed into a corner, nowhere to turn, no help coming - what do you do? That is the time to turn to God, and look for His help. Miracles still happen, some may seem small, but never insignificant, others are so great they leave no doubt God had His hand over the situation.

Isaiah 41:11-12 Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish. You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all.

YOM KIPPUR WAR: OCTOBER 1973
When the fourth Arab-Israeli war began on October 6, 1973, many of Israel’s soldiers were away from their posts observing Yom Kippur (or Day of Atonement), and the Arab armies made impressive advances with their up-to-date Soviet weaponry. Iraqi forces soon joined the war, and Syria received support from Jordan. After several days, Israel was fully mobilized, and the Israel Defense Forces began beating back the Arab gains at a heavy cost to soldiers and equipment. A U.S. airlift of arms aided Israel’s cause, but President Richard Nixon (1913-94) delayed the emergency military aid for a week as a tacit signal of U.S. sympathy for Egypt. On October 25, an Egyptian-Israeli cease-fire was secured by the United Nations, by then Israel had retaken more land than they had before the war started.

We sent our Generals over to learn from Israel's war strategy, after listening to how the war proceeded, our Generals just shook their heads - they knew it was by the hand of God.

Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Dear Lord, we pray, not only for America to continue as a Christian Nation, but also for Israel, our brothers in Christ. Let us always turn to You, to trust in Your love and care. Let us, also, keep our Israeli brothers in prayer. In Jesus name I pray, Amen

As an aside - I had an Egyptian friend who told me Egyptians believed they lost that war because America intervened for Israel. They do not believe in our God, their mistake.
