The Hibiscus is such a beautiful flower, and one of God's unique flowers (as each in their own way).
Depending on the composition of the soil, they will blossom in different colors.
We have two plants, that had the most beautiful blue blossoms - at least, that's the color they were when we bought them.
I am planning on being here to see what color, our soil will produce, when they blossom again next year.

Watch the Flame
The flame of life burns around the throne.
Magnificent, fearsome, and always known.
Lightning flashes, clouds billow, thunder roars,
They shake the earth, our safety He assures.
Watch the Flame
We lift our voices in jubilation,
Watching in mesmerized exaltation.
There, all around His seat of glory,
In rapt attention, we listen to The Story.
Watch the Flame
Through the dessert, He led the Israelites,
No fear did they have through the nights.
Day and night, for forty years. What a sight!
Their sandals, food, and clothes stayed all right.
Watch the Flame
Nothing is too large or too small,
He has the ability to create it all.
Keep His treasure in your heart.
He has been leading from the start.

My prayer/prose from February 21, 2016
Lord, I neglected to write a prayer today.
I know it doesn't matter what time of day,
Morning, noon, or night You welcome all,
Your door is Open to our call.
In the light of day, or dark of night,
We look up to find You in our sight.
Soon now, evening stars will appear,
Heavenly orbs, to their course, do adhere.
Let us ever, Your Word to seek,
Help us to understand Your mystique.
Bless us with Your Word to share.
Have us always know You are there.
Amen

A prayer from February 2016
Dear Lord, I must spread Your praises to whomever will listen. How else do we reach them? How else do we let them know?
You are ready and waiting for them to ask and You will generously bless them.
Show me the way Lord, have me open my mouth at every opportunity.
Just a few words on a piece of paper seems so little, when You do so much.
I will tell them, Lord:
Ask and ye shall receive.
Walk in blind faith and He will lead.
Trust with an open mind and heart.
To You, Lord, I offer all my prayers and gratitude. Keep me always a trusting child, in Jesus name I ask.
Giving You all praise, honor, and glory. In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen
