The statute of limitations for most federal crimes mandates that prosecution begin within 5 years of the alleged offense. Some statute times are longer and some have no time limit at all.
For crimes against the country, I believe there is no time limit.
Hillary has hacked off Trump more than once since the election and his feeling that she should be off the hook has declined significantly according to some of his tweets and other comments. He is also being.pushed to fry her at his rallies like the recent one in FL.
Hillary's day is coming, but she won't like it. Obama doesn't like her, and Bill even less. He will not help her.
