I admit that I don't understand you but maybe you can take the time to enlighten me by writing a reply. I thank those who will.
Do you ever consider that our broad lifestyle choices are particularly offensive to Muslims flooding into the US?
Then, of course, there are the millions of Muslims who have long lived among us who dream about and pray for the day when
they'll be able to correct all of what they deem offense. Their holy book offers a prescription for doing just that. Oh, and with no mercy.
Things Americans see and do everyday convince them that we are infidels indeed.

To name a few:
Showing some leg in a mini skirt.
A Gay couple kissing in public or just holding hands.
Professing to be a Christian
Worse, a Jew.
Professing to be an atheist.
Gay marriage.
Abortion.
Watching or reading porn.
Newspaper articles that tell the truth about the long range goals of Islam.

All of what I've said so far is pretty well known. So here's my twist.
There is a site on the web that contains videos of that "prescription"
mentioned above. It's what these people do to each other every single day.
They murder their own Muslim brothers and sisters over a difference of
opinion of what some references in their holy book actually mean. Sometimes,
they take action against persons from Western Civilization by blowing us up, beheading,
stabbing and shooting us to death. So far, it's just to let us know that they're still thinking of us.
Before you reply, I suggest that you go to the site YNC. Click on the "Murder" videos and
watch some of the hundreds of posted videos of these folks in action.

Oh, I agree with those who protest the temporary ban on people from some Muslim nations.
That ban should be permanent. I call it self defense. You can't make peace with people who
want to murder you or subjugate you.

A Chinese court sent 22 Muslim Imams to jail for 16 to 20 years for spreading Islam hatred and have executed eighteen jihadists; China campaigns against Separatism (disallowing Islamist to have their own separate state). Muslim prayers are banned in government buildings and schools in Xinjiang (Western China). Hundreds of Muslim families prepared to leave China for their own safety and return back to their own Middle Eastern countries.

Muslim refugees are beginning to realize that they are not welcome in Christian countries because of their violent ways and the continuing Wars in Syria and Iraq whipped up by the hideous ISIS who are murdering young children and using mothers and daughters as sex slaves.

British Home Secretary prepares to introduce 'Anti-social Behavior Order' for extremists and strip dual nationals of their Citizenship. Deportation laws also being prepared.

The Czech Republic blatantly refuses Islam in their country, regarding it as evil.

Alabama - A new controversial amendment that will ban the recognition of "foreign laws which would include Sharia law".

16 other States have all Introduced Legislation to Ban Sharia Law.

North Carolina bans Islamic "Sharia Law" in the State, regarding it now as a criminal offense.

The Polish Defense League issues a warning to Muslims.

Many Muslims in Northern Ireland have announced plans to leave the country to avoid anti-Islamic violence by Irish locals. The announcement comes after an attack on groups of Muslims in the city of Belfast. Groups of Irish locals went berserk and bashed teenage Muslim gangs who were referring to young Irish girls as sluts and should be all gang raped, according to Islam and ''Sharia Law." Even hospital staff were reluctant to treat the battered Muslim patients; the majority were given the Band-Aid treatment and sent home with staff muttering ''Good Riddance''.

Dutch MP's call for removal of all mosques in the Netherlands. One Member of the Dutch Parliament said: "We want to clean Netherlands of Islam."

Dutch MP Machiel De Graaf spoke on behalf of the Party for Freedom when he said, "All mosques in the Netherlands should be shut down. Without Islam, the Netherlands would be a wonderful safe country to live in, as it was before the arrival of Muslim refugees''.

As a liberal I give very little thought to Muslims and if they are flooding into our country who is letting them in?

And just what is the difference between a Christian and a Muslim? Your religion doesn't accept gays and the only reason you tolerate them now is because our secular government forces you to. There is nothing in our Western Civilization that is due to Christianity and if not for liberalism forcing the concept of secularism into government you conservatives would be out there chopping of the heads of anyone who thought differently than you. Hell, you guys are chomping at the bits to do it now and any excuse I wouldn't be surprised to see you come out shooting--if not chopping.

The hate held in a Christians heart is no different that the hate held in a Muslims heart. Stop kidding yourself. The only thing separating you from them is the very shaky hold to secularism--one that Christians are trying to let go of as we speak...

You stated that, "There is nothing in our Western Civilization that is due to Christianity." I suggest that the tolerance exhibited by people in the Western World towards those living among us with radically different ideas is due to Christianity. Granted, this process of general acceptance that we see today has been evolutionary. For instance, it's uncommon to see heretics burned at the stake these days. Some other examples are that most sodomy laws have been repealed, school segregation is outlawed and gay marriage is becoming more common.
So what accounts for the acceptance of these social evolutionary changes? Could it be the realization that love and acceptance is stronger than hate and intolerance. Those values are Christian in nature. I, sir, am no Christian nor do I subscribe to any organized religion. I just recognize the importance religion has played in our march to perfection.
I say to you that allowing people who live in the 7th century to reside with us will disrupt the gains we have made.
