I did, mech inf. at Ft, Carson. Worked for the 1/10 Inf BN XO and regularly heard top secret , and above, which I was not cleared for. I knew that the Kansas Nat. Guard was being trained to ship to RVN, knew when they were leaving, kneq their T O and E, knew their staff, etc etc.... Of course, we never ever spoke of it when not "at work".... We would never, ever have corresponded with anyone or spoken over a telephone about it.....
TS, AUW, Philippines
TS, Naval Intelligent, ICEPAC
What I needed to one place had nothing to do with the next, it's all on a need to know bases.

I was a crypto-clerk in the Army during the 60s: had an FBI and eventually a NATO Top secret clearance.

Raylan-with that background you know that Hillary is indeed and indictable criminal . You would not have let her get away as easily as Comey did, would you ?? Good Luck America !!!
Don't believe that he has any CIA association. I have known three operatives ( one non cover, one contract pilot, one in house at an Embassy "spook") and none are remotely like Ray...they are the polar opposite. One still packs a .38 snubbie where ever he goes.....

I second that statement as working within the "norm" of SEAL Team ops, exposure around CIA was fairly routine. None that I ever came across had the low life snot filled crud that OOZES from Raylan. He is too punky and obviously a dork. Fact finding is not a trait of his and to work with the CIA a person would be able to know fact from fiction with ease. Raylan has supported fiction period.
If I told you what my clearance was I would have to kill you.

Damn I had a Top Secret clearance but was never told to kill anyone I told about my job. My job is totally obsolete today although the ASA still keeps tabs on our enemies (Russians etc) I was there so long ago that we worked against the East German Army more than anyone else and those people don't exist any more. I was afraid that I wouldn't get my clearance because in a college class I once tried to convince the people in the class to be Communists. I did such a hell of a job that I didn't get some of them straight even though I tried very hard.
Hey, my MOS is no longer around but it was so important to the Army that they wouldn't allow any of us to go into Berlin for fear we might be taken prisoner.
I don't think that Raylan is what he claims to be.

Actually, that would answer a lot of questions about Raylan. I'm guessing he was captured and underwent some sort of long-term torture and brain washing.
We should be kinder to the poor lad. No telling how many cattle-prod/dildos he was forced to endure.

Eight years in the submarine Navy, in the sixties. I had a final top secret, SIOP, ESI! . I maintained custody of the ships
Intelligence library and conducted crypto ops.

SEMPER FI
same MOS , semper fi ! That was the point of my Question , security clearance is not that uncommon and for someone like Clinton to make out like she did not understand her clearance is absurd .

Ever been up to the "52" base located in Oscoda, Michigan? It is closed but still in use for Private/Commercial flights.
That would be Wurtsmith Air Force Base. Housed the 379th bomb wing. Closed in June of 1993. Flew in and out of there many times on B-52 G model. I was at Kincheloe AFB in the upper peninsula with the 449th bomb wing. Closed Kincheloe in 1977. Go back there every once in a while and it is a state prison now. Married a sweet lady from there straight out of high school 50 years ago. Great times in the UP and some great fishing.
But Comey was connected to Hillary through the Clinton Foundation. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
