It is you that needs to go back to the first post. You said, very clearly, that your experience with one black person who was acting in ways you judged as inappropriate caused you to hate all black people. You may not have meant it, you may want to take it back, but you said it very clearly. Take responsibility and, at least, admit you said it rather than denying the obvious.

I said it quite plainly, and it didn't include the word hate.

The message was very clear which ever words you chose to express it. We all have problems expressing our nastier emotions so don't feel badly about your reluctance to take responsibility for yours.

you're not reading my posts....I said "is Glaucon nutty or dense?" I did not say "Glaucon is nutty and dense". I said is it me? you said yes, it's you. It seemed you were either nutty or dense b/c you keep distorting my words.

The solution is simple; don't offer any more words that can be distorted or that reveal some of your feeling that you try hard to suppress.

If I was trying to suppress my true feelings, I wouldn't have shared my experience with the black girl, for all to see (read).

You don't get it, you don't want to get it, and you won't get it.

I've read from two different sources that Muslims are allowed to have four wives, according to their "religion". Of course four wives could produce a boatload of kids, all getting government assistance.

It makes sense and it is logical. We are in the business not to offend anyone. We want to be politically correct. The word "NO" does not exist in America's vocabulary. It is a forgotten concept.

I am sure there are cases of abuse of our public assistance, but I haven't seen all the fat poor people or all of the free stuff they get. I think I am more concerned with those poor who don't have the basic necessities that I am with the people who are getting something they don't deserve. There are some free riders who should experience some consequences for abusing the system and we should be very respectful of those who are in need.

I have to admit that I haven't been looking for or judging those who receive public assistance.

I support very severe consequences for those who abuse it.

One really has to wonder when reading a litany of what "poor people" have how anyone would know 1. that the people with manicures and styled hair are claiming to be poor, 2. that people are using EBT cards because, of course, nobody gets food stamps anymore and it is impossible to tell a debit card from EBT unless the person is also buying paper products and only has SNAP.
Should we do that "fat" person thing? Something like 40% of Americans are obese. Surely nobody is suggesting that 40% of us are on SNAP benefits or maybe the BabyBee does think that.
Why do people get fat? From feeling full on protein at $7./pound or from eating cheap carbs?
Even in the more generous states the maximum benefit for a single person is $200./month; it is pretty hard to suggest that anyone is abusing a bennie of less than $50./week, isn't it?
Just as s/he thinks that there is some way to know how or why someone has a smart phone, how or why someone has a tv(such a luxury) or how many that person has. It is idiotic, lying BS for any of these jealous little charmers to claim any of this.
One thing I will agree with the tiny stinger on is that the gov't is terrible at determining who should get an assist. The gov't is much too stingy in recognizing the need for additional funds.

You are right on with your facts, reason, and thinking, but it will hat a brick wall with the haters. The only hope is that when normal people read their comments and our responses, they understand.

The hate and bigotry don't come from reasoning, they come from their cesspool of negative emotions. The emotions come first and whatever cognitive active there is comes from them trying pathetically to justify their hate.

I am sure you have read some of their comments on this site and they don't contain much, if any, any evidence or reason, only justification for hate. .

Perhaps a work for welfare program will help correct the "hate".
W/ most that disagree w/ the constant handouts, they just want people to have to contribute to society, vs just leaching off of it.
Nobody wants to drive home after a 12 hr day just to see a lazy bum living well off they're taxes, while contributing nothing.
If they want perform community service for such benefits (since if they're not working they have plenty of time on they're hands, and actually pull they're weight, I would have very little issues w/ it.
Or perhaps a statute of limitations on such public benefits.
Some point in time people need to take responsibility for themselves and the families they create.

I will say I don't know alot of single people on the welfare programs, usually there's a few kids involved which generally raises such benefits to around 500 bucks a month.
Also let's not forget about housing and electric subsities.
Instead of addressing the problem, its band-aided like everything else in this country.

Wanker,

You may drown in your ocean of self righteousness, but never in your milk of human kindness.

What you imagine those in need can get from the rest of us may be of comfort to you and massage your hate glands, but it is far from accurate. Obviously, you are not looking for facts, but are actively ignoring them.
