Geno I would think that the security and welfare of the populace would be the duty of our government.

However, a corporation should have the right to decide if they want to pay for the "consequences" of a private citizen's sex life. It all comes down to accepting responsibility for one's actions.

What you think has nothing to do with the fact that the constitution limits what gov't. can do. Oh, I know it has been raped pretty badly but it has not been amended to say that the gov't controls healthcare.

From what I understand Obamacare wouldn't affect the majority of the population just those that can afford insurance and don't have it and those that would need help in acquiring insurance and from what I have been reading the states that have implemented the affordable health care act have seen a drop in premium costs.

There are many "hidden taxes" included in the legislation. Some of them have nothing to do with actual "healthcare".

Your might be right but I would have to see a summary of those hidden taxes.

Completely wrong. Only two states have seen a drop in the rate of increase in premiums and that rate increase was an Obama administration projection. Of course this act affects everyone. Doctors are getting out, IRS is getting involved the price of the bill has now doubled from what Obama said and companies are going to part time workers so they don't get mandated out of business. Obamacare will not work because it does not address the root cause of our healthcare problem, cost. No one is trying to get soaring healthcare costs under control.quote=mohadib]From what I understand Obamacare wouldn't affect the majority of the population just those that can afford insurance and don't have it and those that would need help in acquiring insurance and from what I have been reading the states that have implemented the affordable health care act have seen a drop in premium costs.[/quote]
