Sorry for your blind faith in our political structure. Their was a senator on the internet about a month ago who would not allow a bill to go forward because there was not time to read it, that by their own regulations there is to be 1 day for every 22 pages of a bill so they will be able to understand what they are voting for or against. So the obumercare law by their own regulations is null and void. If you would take a look at our constitution you would know that it is a violation for the government to pass a law to force a person to protect him or her self.

A blueprint is a detailed plan of action for just about anything from writing computer programs, building houses or laying out a room. It is just a plan of action and nothing more. I don't get the comparison of a blueprint to a Model-T when talking about RC or OC unless you are saying that is is obsolete. I am sure a blueprint was used to build the Model-T.

The IRS is involved because they know what a persons income is and OC premiums are based on a persons ability to pay. Believe me the IRS will not be keeping track of a persons medical records, they have too many other jobs to do. If they did they would have to double their employees and that is just not going to happen.
