If the R's hadn't had such a slim majority to begin with after the 22 election they would have had him out sooner. Most of his district wanted him out when all the stuff started coming out. They were embarrassed they had elected him.

Corrupt NJ Senator Menendez thinks he will be found innocent of his bribery and obstruction charges, and he plans to run as an independent in the November, 2024 elections. He was lucky the first time he was ever tried with a hung jury and an incompetent prosecutor (Jack Smith). He should have been asked to step down when the feds found the gold bars and load of cash stuffed in clothing in the closet, but that would've put a crimp in the DemocRat majority in the Senate.

She had to go after him, he was impeached. She surely didn't do it on her own or willingly. The DOJ has settled the case with NO charges against Cuomo for sexually assaulting, and retaliating against 11 women. Tell me again how democrats are nor above the law

Excuse me, he was NOT impeached. The Assembly talked about impeaching him. Instead, he resigned FOR THE GOOD OF THE STATE.

And btw - the NY Assembly AND Senate were both Dem majority.
See, the Dems have the kind of honor and country/state over party mindset the R's lost 8 years ago when they first started flocking to an erstwhile tv personality / sex offender / dishonest businessman / malignant narissist...
Then somehow elected him President.

They SHOULD have made him leave, IMHO. Even if there hasn't been a trial yet.

Heck, one of the best Senators the Dems had 4 years ago was made to resign just because of a many years old picture that, while in supremely bad taste, didn't appear to be more than that.
