I have a friend who was working in NYC as a cop years ago and I think I remember her saying she worked transit. Be interesting to see if she has any inside info.

You don't know that. NY is blue and yet two Dem governors have had to step down because of this kind of accusation. I don't think there was ever a trial for either, but they had to get out of politics.

Actually it was Tish James who went after Cuomo. So you can't say she's partisan in her prosecutions.

Tish James had to take out Cuomo as she wanted to be governor. George Santos for one. Not tried no convictions.

If the R's hadn't had such a slim majority to begin with after the 22 election they would have had him out sooner. Most of his district wanted him out when all the stuff started coming out. They were embarrassed they had elected him.
