Doesn't the Bible mention that man will bruise a woman's head and she will bruise his heels? What's that supposed to indicate?

Crushing the Serpent’s Head: The Meaning of Genesis 3:15.
The passage rises from an interview in the garden of Eden between God, Adam and Eve, and, finally, the treacherous serpent tempted Adam to eat the apple given by Eve.
“And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your descendants and her Descendant. He will crush your head, and you will bruise His heel.”

Here is The New Testament of Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 5:22-33
22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.
24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
26 to make her holy, cleansing.
If both husband and wife work, then they must share chores at home equally with love and respect to each other.
Isn't that beautiful? Instead of competing with each other, and bragging how powerful she or he is?
