I have had some great successes , and failures in the kitchen. Unfortunately I can never quite repeat my good ideas as they are creations based on whats at hand. Dinner should be fun, no?

My mother was on an episode of "The Galloping Gourmet" way back when. The recipes always started the same but always changed slightly towards the end. It was always fun that way.

Wasn't he an alcoholic? I believe that I remember my late wife mentioning that. She said that he always cooked with wine and he drank during the show as he was cooking or some such thing as that.
