You are correct, "God is good." The rest of your statements show that you lack an understanding of what "freedom" is and "is" not. In relation to the "rule of Law," "freedom" means you are "innocent until proven to be guilty of a crime." There is no other country in the world that holds to this principle. The American flag represents this "essence." To not "stand" for this is to cut your own throat.

I believe the punishment should fit the crime. Minor traffic violations and misdemeanor do not legally qualify for the death penalty. They should not be used as a reason to kill an offender in the streets.
