One question for you. In what years did you have contact with those women? I believe it had to be before the 1970's. Years after that there was more money provided by the government for each baby they would have. That is what has keep their children on the streets and in gangs. Just because they thought they deserved that money from the government. I admit not all have that in mind. Some are truly in need and those are the ones that should be helped. The others let them find jobs or probably go to jail for criminal acts.
