I am disappointed, and unhappy at the tone and dishonesty of this entry. Does the author really expect a press secretary to be extemporaneous in the face of members of the press when he or she is speaking for the President, or other policy maker? To refer to notes should surely be seen as prudent. Your writer is being unfair, and unworthy of trust.
Gun control laws vary from state to state. Most ought to be universal. It is the gun culture that needs changing. How ridiculous that carrying a gun should be seen as bravery or "manhood"
